Clen with a PH?

You can but some people recommend against it. The purpose of taking a pro-hormone is to promote increase in LBM, but clen has the potential to be counter productive. Therefore, most people recommend taking it after PCT. I'm thinking of doing a recomp and may add ephedrine and/or T3 instead of using clen.

You can, but personally I would recommend against it. Although, I've used it during PCT and had exceptional results (from an anti-catabolic standpoint).
 
They say not to use it in PCT aswell because the main objective of PCT is to keep the muscle built on cycle, therefore using Clen will be counterproductive.

actually the reason I asked was because I wanted to run a PH with clen for a cut, and I was wondering if that would be like, really bad for you if I did.
 
i took clen during pct and i loved it. i was just coming off a mlmg cycle so the clen helped me shed the water weight real quick. i didnt see any negative effects. i lost weight and still continued to get stronger.

i personally wouldnt take clen while on cycle because my BP would be through the ceiling, but it can be done.

so clen wont cause major blood pressure problems when taken at the same time with a PH? or is this one of the health risks you have to be willing to take to run such a combo
 
Its gonna increase your heart rate, elevate core temp, and raise blood pressure. As long as you're not n idiot and use it responsible, you shouldn't have any problems.

It lasts for 30+ hours so you may wanna just try it once before n see what's up. Strength isn't gonna do down while using it, it'll go down because you're dieting and trying to lose weight.

yea, im gonna go two weeks on/off. I'm hoping due to the fact that I'm gonna run a PH my strength may even go up a little.
