PCT after Anavar

Hi,

I am creating this thread because I wasn't satisfied with the answers I had in another and I believe this could be because I posted it in the wrong section. Well I am currently on my 4th Week of my anavar cycle, started on 60mg and worked up to 80mg. I haven't attained the benefits other users proclaim and I believe that my var is fake. So my question is;

If I don't feel shut down, should I still run my pct of Nolva for 20/20/20/20, or should I just save it for another cycle?

just run it dude, I can't imagine the physical damage of possibly not doing it would be worth the small amount of money you spent to buy it.

At least that's my opinion. It's not like nolva really breaks the bank to buy.

I thought the purpose of taking PCT was to raise your natural test levels when you have been shut down and also to maintain the gains you got on the cycle. However, in this case, there were no gains nor was I shut down! And I guess, there is so many people who take Anavar and don't do a PCT. I think I should be ok but thats for the advice.

Without bloods you can't know for sure that you aren't shut down.

I like anavar....of course you don' "feel" shutdown, this is the norm when using DHT derivitives, however, anavar like any other steriod will interupt the HPTA and the body will most definitly respond by reducing the production of LH....by how much? well that is what a blood test will reveal. But i feel anavar is very light in this reguard.

nevertheless to answer your question, i would go with a clomid influnenced pct, because of the dht nature of anavar, nolva would seem unecessary unless of course you have gyno/estro issues heading into pct.

I thought that it is very unlikely/impossible to get gyno from using a substance such as anavar, since it doesn't convert to estrogen nor increase prolactin within the body. I have Nolva on hand and was intending on using it but as mentioned, I don't feel as if it is real as the only effect is increased vascularity in my forearms.

DYEGYE, good point about not knowing whether you are shutdown unless you run blood work. Is there any alternatives to knowing that you have been shut-down other than getting a blood test done?

Nevertheless, I still have one more week until I finish my capsules and am still considering the benefits/costs of running PCT when it is possible that it is not need, in this particular case.

there is no other way bro

Thanks guys, I have been doing further research and came across a thread on Uk muscle.

Basically, from what I understand that there are common indicators of shut down but there is no 100% guarantee. You would need to get blood tests done to be sure. It is also interesting to note that even if you don't get the common sides of being shut down, it doesn't necessarily mean you are not shut down. Thanks all for pointing me in the right direction and I will run my Pct, just in case this var is real and I am not getting any benefits because I am not responding well to this type of AAS.
