I have some RPN Havoc and Need 2 Slin...best way to dose?

(RPN HAVOC) + Need2Slin typo on title

Ive use epi before on a regular cycle never going past 30mg

What would be the best way to dose these 2 products together for optimal results in your opinion.

My diet is in order but Ive never used any insulin mimickers before so what would be a good carb recommendation. I am trying to lean out a bit but stay looking full.

Keto usually works wonders for me but Id rather eat carbs if I can which I am doing. Ive been looking into leangains since Im lazy as hell in the morning foodwise anyway. It seems very easy for me. Im open to input

Im 6ft3 230 @about 12% right now


other supplements I have

monohydrate(should I leave this out until pct)

Jack3d/other PWO forumlas

Be careful about using stimulants on-cycle. It's generally not recommended, but if you're ok with them, then you can, but monitor your blood pressure regardless.

Just follow the dosing/timing instructions on the product labels - almost ALL products have this, and they're there for a reason.

RPM (if using on-cycle, use the LOWER end of the recommended dosage)
Training Days
Dose - 2-4 caps 60-80 min pre-training
Non-Training Days (optional)
Dose - 1-2 caps first thing (or anytime energy is required)

Need 2 SLIN
Option A (making sure each meal contains at least 40-50g of carbohydrates for optimal results)
Dose 1 - 2-3 caps ~30 minutes pre-breakfast
Dose 2 - 2-3 caps ~30 minutes pre-lunch
Dose 1 - 2-3 caps ~30 minutes pre-dinner
Option B
Dose 1 - 1 cap first thing
Dose 2 - 1 cap ~30 min pre-lunch
Dose 3 - 1 cap pre-bed

I'm not a fan or advocate of keto, but it you're going to use that, use Option B re Need 2 SLIN.

Creatine should be used all the time (since it is a staple), IMO, but what you do is entirely up to you.

You don't need the creatine while on cycle. Save it for pct if you like.

Your bp may be high(or may be normal) during cycle, be careful with the stimulants.

I dont know anything about the slin, sorry.
