Yeah he's an animal ain't he? Pretty epic workouts, I mean how many people do we know who can ride 10-20 miles in the AM, hit the gym at lunch, throw up good sets and ride home? Makes 3 a days look easy.. Lol

Dude I'm debating giving up or spending a day gardening and doing nothing else but burpees. I might actually do that tomorrow and try for 250 and lots of coffee haha.

Update
Joined a running group and will start running morning and evening daily although if not running I will bike 20-30 miles in the AM next week for two weeks. On the norm I could never do this, my wife loves to take up my time but since she will be out of town I can enjoy long cardio and gym in the same day. If I can stick to doing this daily I should be at 8% bf at the end as I'm at around 10% now anyway so after that I will start to consider a possible natty or hormonal cycle :P

Will be hitting the gym soon today although still not in a gym mood I think I need to find more motivation :whiner: Anyway I'm going to pop open this shift bottle and start two of those a day.

Me and Shana both felt tired and like throwing up after so I think we had a great workout. I stayed hydrated today but I think my morning shake didn't sit well and I felt sluggish through out the day till just after lunch at 2pm.

Found someone to go cycling with next week so its looking really good for my cardio program for the next two weeks.

Major update

I opened my mouth and said I'll be at 6% bf by Saturday and will do so off supplements except protein shakes and will cycle clen for a week. The only people that would believe I can do this are those that seen my Dailymile account and seen the amount of cardio I do then still go to the gym as hard as I can.

Pictures will be taken a week from today as well as I'm looking into taking a saliva test to check my test levels.

I hate to say this but I've been MIA from the gym and diet since Wednesday. I went to a club and been drinking night and day up until today. I'm going out again tonight to drink a lil and dance then after that I'll give up drinking for another few months. For the first time I could not find my car last night and was walking around for an hour haha :stooges:
 
Dude you need balance with the drinking, thats a lil unhealthy

Yea I went out then the next night I had a party at my place then went out again. This only happened because my wife is gone, once she is back I'll be back in the no fun zone so I was just living it up.

Deads are getting easier, I no longer use straps for 6 or 8 plats. I usually do not train arms specifically so I'm starting to do curls with fat grips and its helping a lot with grip.

I have horrible shin splints, I have a running partner now that lives on my block but I cannot run till my shins heal. Wife gained 8 pounds during her trip, I asked her was she on Superdrol lol.

Supplements Update
I just started the 16 week gyno challenge, I took my pictures and sent them to Eric today for Approval and I will only take Androhard creatine, BA, RK and Alcar/lclt/Plcar during the 16 weeks. Tried Iforce Lemon drop Sample and loved it although its a bit to sweet for me but to fix just add more water.

My wife just started back on Alpha T2 and said she wish she would have taken it with her.

Updates, I'm looking noticeably more vascular and I will contribute that to Androhard and my bulk Need2Slin mix. Tomorrow I'm going to the track for PM cardio and pushing my car two miles while its in neutral.

Wife has been using my need2slin caps and liking the effects so I'm giving her the remainder of my stash and I will use the bulk mix I made. Currently I take what would be considered 8 to 10 caps a day with added LCLC, PLCAR and RK.

Diet
Most of my food now is vegetables with protein coming from raw eggs, some fish and meat but not much I want to eat more veggies.

I'm currently 223 somehow the only thing me and my wife could guess was its from me eating eggs, I avg now about 16 plus. :D We went out yesterday and I received a few comments on how big and vainy my arms are and that was nice. These bi curls I do on chest days are really working.

Seems like AndroHard is kicking in for strength :D I'm going to try and work on more BCAA's in my diet as well as less meat and drinking a shake with 3 eggs LCLT ,CN, PALCAR, ALCAR and RK every 2 hours with NA-RALA.

Training
I have been thinking a lot about incresing my Muscle ups and the best Idea I had was to do heavy pull overs and today I started back on those and I will be doing this 2 to 3 times a week.

Diet
I started the Lean Gains diet, so far I dropped a lot of weight but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. To start I've been fasting at night around 9pm and I skip breakfast or dinner and use Bcaa's in bulk then later 10 pills Humapro. I've also been doing a lot of cardio but so far the scale today said under 200 pounds and I think that has to be off so I'm going to go buy a new scale for the house soon.
 
Glad to see your log still going strong. Too bad you weren't able to make it to the Tough Mudder in May man. You would have had a blast. It was a serious challenge, but fun the whole way.

I'm noticing its taking me time to get used to fasting, my energy and mood is low. I can still get my reps and sets in but my mind is not focused in on the gym at all and my mood is I'd rather be at Ihop. So far I'm very pleased with my progress, although soon this log will close and I will start a new one on every board I go to. Thank you to everyone that stops by once and awhile I appreciate all the help and kind words.
