Well I woke up on time today so had plenty of time for the gym haha! Did some abs and traps followed by 30 minutes of cardio. Felt really good this morning, really focused! Only regret I have while running this stack is that I cant run it longer!!! But on a positive note my 2 bottles of AndroMass shipped yesterday!!! Cant wait to run that! Oh before I forget I weighed in at 190 this morning, thats 15 lbs plus the mirror is showing it :)

Ever feel like getting to the gym late with less time then you wanted gives you the right to beat yourself even harder? ... i do...

Probably not the best thing for me to talk to a psephologist about... haha

I definitely feel that way! Sometimes I feel like I want to run late just for that purpose haha
 
So I'm guessing so close to the end we're just gonna have to wait for the pictures huh? haha. That's ok. I've waited this long I guess I can wait 13 more days. But I don't wanna!!!

Alright thanks, cuz I'm also running AL, been on for 6 days and lost about 2.5lbs so far. Just wondering if I'm going to be able to hit 16 :grumpy:

Drop your cals, it is designed to retain LBM on a severe cut. Even a 1,000 cal drop has been reported with success.
 
Remember that the calorie deficit doesn't necessarily have to come from restricted eating. It can also come from extra activity.

Yeah I've been cutting at 500 cal deficit. 4 days lifting, 3 cardio.

No, but I really havent been lifting for strength or mass. Been doing more toning lifting while running this stack. But then again I havent lost any muscle size either!
 
Today went and completely blasted my arms, havent hit them that hard in awhile! Felt really good :) afterwards I did 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. No change in weight or sides, and at this point I doubt ill see any sides seeing im so far in!
 
Well took today off. Woke up and felt a little ran down so decided the best thing was to rest. Food intake is:

You might need to bump up the calories just a bit. It's really way too early for you to already be feeling drained and run down.
 
Well completely balsted my chest today followed by abs and 20 min of cardio. Didnt get to get a great abs workout in due to a guy sitting on the crunch machine for over 20 minutes talking without doing a single set! But on a positive note received my AndroMass in the mail today! Cant wait to run that this fall! Todays food intake:

To early? Im almost finished with a 8 week cycle

Early in the training week. You went very low on protein on the 16th. Something I've been meaning to ask is why you are not keeping track of your fats the same way you are doing so for carbs and protein?

Oh ok, haha i didnt understand what you meant. Honestly I didnt think about it when I first started the cycle, I was just so excited to start running this stack since you guys announced this line up.
 
Yeah, I can see how that post can be ambiguous. I actually do something similar, but different: I just keep track of my fats and protein. The only carbs I eat are fruits in the morning and before training, so I have to be diligent about the other 2 macros.

Ya, im pretty much the same way when it comes to my carbs. Theyre all coming from fruits, veggies, and proteins. My whole life Ive always been the scrawny guy that never could put on weight. Since starting to take lifting serious and a few bulking cycles ive put on quite a bit. So this is my first true cutting cycle, but all and all i would say its been an overall success! I do plan on running this stack again in the future and will keep track of the fats.

Cuts are lame, imo. But oh so necessary. What's your next cycle going to be?

This is mainly why I stay within the 190-205 range nowadays. I'm not really trying to get much bigger (focusing mainly on strength) and I like to do some form of cardio/conditioning year-round.

Maybe I'm crazy here... But if you know Cals, Carbs and Protein wouldn't it just be very simple math to figure out Fats? There is no other way to know your calories per day without having a good idea of the three components. Reverse engineering it would be simple if you were actually interested. :)

This is when it's very appropriate to tap that turd on the shoulder and ask him to stop chatting with his boyfriend on YOUR machine. Combined with the proper glare in your eyes, he may just leave the gym.
 
Had an awesome leg workout today! My legs are still hurting and feeling like jello! I followed that up with a 25 minute elliptical session. Also I recieved my other AndroMass in the mail today, I seriously cant wait to run that, too bad it's summer and I need to trim up :( Todays food intake:

Alright sorry I didnt update yesterday didnt have a chance to get on here at all. Had an awesome back workout followed by 20 minutes of cardio. Today did some arms then 20 mintues of cardio. I cant believe the difference im seeing in the mirror! Its truly amazing the results im getting! Ill post my final pics the middle of next week. I have some vacation coming up next weekend and going back home to Detroit for the week.

Sorry for the delay in responses guys, internet was out over the weekend, some update to the system or something according to the company. Saturday went and did 30 min of cardio and abs, Sunday went and did a chest workout followed by 25 minutes of cardio, and today was arms with 25 minutes of cardio. My GF made a comment today that I dont have a six pack but she can see my ab muscles! Good confidence booster! Meals have been on par all weekend, and probably going to post the pics on wednesday.

Ya it is! Im sure as any of you guys know, starting to see any results is the best motivation to keep going. Well that and the looks from the opposite sex! LOL

Have you noticed any hair shedding at all? This is a question people ALWAYS ask, and I'd like some feedback on that. So I can say if X amount of loggers experienced any, or if X amount of loggers didn't.

I have a feeling there will be very few with extra hair loss.
