I just started my D-Zine cycle a week ago (I'm on day 8 today). I previously ran D-Zine at 30/30/30/30 but did not see great results so I was going to bump up to 45 this time around, but had a few questions...
1- is it safe to go 30/45/45/45/45? Or should I go 30/30/45/45/45 ?
2- IF while on 45 I start seeing sides/gyno do I immediately stop and go to PCT, or do I just go back down to 30 and I'll be okay?
3- Is D-Zine still effective without a ton of carbs? I am trying to just gain lean muscle (I will be doing another cycle of D-Zine later in the year to bulk up, but wanted to stay lean now for the summer).

by the way, if it helps any ....I'm 35 6'2" 205 (normally about 210/215 when working out but I just came off a cut)
