carb cyling/bulking on cycle

So I found this carb cycling diet on simply shredded. Its basics are 1g protein per pound of bodyweight. Carbs are moderate high about 1.2 for four days and 2g for eight days. cyled repeatedly, Fats are kept low as possible.

Now if Im on a test dbol cycle wouldnt wouldnt this be stupid since aas help greatly with protein synthesis? I typically eat more protein on, closer to two grams per pound of weight.

But If the above diet is good as long as your over maintenance it should work right? I would prefer it since carbs are cheap

How much in muscle do you think you are adding a day? You've got maybe 90-100g necessary for maintenance, and each pound of muscle only has 160g of protein in it. even at 180g/day you could add 2.5lbs a week if calories are right.

But keeping fats as low as possible sounds retarded. Look at the total calories of that diet. 1g/lb of protein and 2g/lb of carbs = 12 calories per pound or for you just over 2000 calories. That may work for a cut but sure would suck if you were trying to bulk

little lost there man, are you saying I eat to much protein, Im an endo so I kind of shy away from carbs, thats also why Im on the fence about the diet.

no, just you really don't need more than the 1g per pound. But overall that diet seems like too low calories for you to be able to bulk on.

My cycle hasnt started Im still cuttig on layne nortons ultimate cut diet, I kind of just want to stick to this diet and up the calories. like I said Im an endo and absurd cals and carbs kind of kill my physique. Or I could try this, I do feel I could take on a little more carbs since the ghrp6 I been taking will be really working by the time that cycle rolls around in four weeks

Oh ok, sounds right, what would you keep fats at percent wise if one tried that carb cycling? obviously more fat on the four lower carb days.

Was also throwing around the idea of P/C/F 40/30/30 just 350 over maintenace on workout days. 250 over on non maintenance days 45/25/30
opinion?

I naturally carb cycle, eat more on workout days and less on off days with more fat. Its just what i naturally do. Also i read that ppl on AAS actually need less protein since their nitrogen retention is higher.
