i can do that for him.
If you get in enough protein you get in enough amino acids. alo u dont need a riduculous multi vitabolic by nutrabolics is awesome.
All that preworkout **** is cluttered garbage.
Use creatine and a insulin mimicker and youll get qll the pump you need.
A nice blended why, egg, casein protein from trueprotein is awesome.
and suits all purposes.
For the sake of this thread i am not even going to argue, obviously by the diet i wrote out, i have no experiance or education in nutrition/supplements or even bodybuilding so ill leave it to you guys to push your supplements however you see fit. But i will tell you that trueprotein.com is overpriced, and a blended protein is not what you want unless you are using it as a MRP, which i woudnt recommend over solid foods. A vitamin is a vitamin, i was merely stating the one i choose to use, so it doesnt really matter... and when 75% of your protein is from solid foods, you cant go wrong with BCAA's during your cardio and workouts. But hey, i have 7 posts, no way could i have been a Donating Elite Veteran on SSB (the best true bodybuilding forum of all time) over 6 years ago. Go ahead and post your diet that you suggest, i challenge you to give him one better then mine. There is a reason why this board lacks quality members and is littered with company reps.
I remember the ssb. Really loved that place, Navy you had the same name over there right?

HT1 huh? ET2 here, close call on the pay this month... holy ****. And i know how you feel about deployment.. i am currently deployed right now somewhere around africa.. been gone 3 months, and have lost 22 pounds. Speaking of diet on deployment, i just got in a fight with the FSO and CS1's tonight due to the fact that i am the command fitness leader for combat systems department, and i wrote a nice little letter regarding shipboard nutrition... this is a little peice of it...
". Instead of having the crews health and fitness in mind, the chain of command chooses to appease the majority of the crew by offering full days worth of fried, grease covered, refined carbohydrate foods… cookies, deserts, tuna loaded with mayonnaise, French toast, pancakes, and syrup. If people aren’t loading up on toxic foods during meal hours, you can find them at the ship store purchasing cookies, and chips, sugary drinks, and candy or on the mess-decks tossing their money into the gee-dunk machine. This not only is irresponsible but completely neglectful. It is a sad when 10-20% of the crew is unable to eat 2-3 days per week, and must rely on food stores they purchases either in town or prior to deployment, in order to maintain a healthy diet… despite the fact that their meals are still deducted from their paycheck. We have people who have no idea what nutrition is, or what is healthy and is not, in charge of our entire ships food supply and portion control. "
But anyway Alvarado Street Bakery?? Whats that? No i have never heard of them.. Hows the nutrient profile?
