what the best PCT from actual experience not wikiknowledge

Im looking to start a 12 week test e cycle w/ 30mg dbol ED/6weeks.
Ive read so many different thoughts on what the correct PCT would be that I dont know what to believe. Nolva sounds easier on the body than clomid, but not as great at getting everything going again? Aromasin is good with pct but will cost 300 bucks alone and whats suicidal mean?
Would just nolva and erase work out okay for this mild cycle?

Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor, it means that it permanently deactivated the aromatase enzyme, so there is no rebound after usage stops. Levels will eventually return to normal, though.

Optimal PCT for me is Toremifene, Invalid Link Removed and TCF-1. You seem to be on a budget, just Tormifene and TCF-1 will work very well. DAA is too good to go without during PCT and a SERM is a no brainer.

thats alot of stuff warbird. u think all that is totally worth it. just asking as i have no idea from real life experience. thanks 4 replying too bro
 
looking at torem. seems to be more expensive than nolva. but claimed +40% better test recov than nolva. i wonder if thats real talk or jus numbers. if so 40% is amazingly more efficient. im thinkin either torem or nolva and trs. SO is it true that TRS got tcf-1 in it already? lil confused. Also i heard its hard to sleep on nolvadex. any 1 experienced this?

won the DAA in a contest, got the reduce xt and pct assist for free

if i had to pay for everything i would do:

Nolva
20/20/10/10/10
Clomid
25/25/25
DAA
x/x/x/x
Reduce XT
0/0/3/3/3/3

insane pct and would probably cost me around $60
