school really ****s me over with eating, but i getting around 2k-2.5k cals a day.
Thats your first problem right there..
if your diet sucks before a ph...itll probably..and mostly likely suck while on a ph...and you will not reap the full benefits from it.
Tackle ur diet first, then look at your training...

You dont need a ph to train..put in some actual work..cause believe me...if you really do go into the Marines...for 3 months you wont have anything to rely on but water, food, and yourself. No creatine, no protein...nothing...
just hours and hours of basic training...and the diet

I started posting on here about 3 months ago and wanted to do the same thing...jump on a PH.
Listening to these guys on AM I've put on 20 pounds and went from 130 to 150....all i did was switch my diet and training.
Seriously...if taking a ph was a GOOD idea...there wouldnt be 4 pages on this post saying saying DONT do it.
Just maybe...these people know what they are talking about...
