So about me. I am 20 years old have been lifting hard since i was 15. Played football all through highschool and am currently a sophomore in college. I'm 5'11 180lbs recently cut from 195.
bench 285-300
squat 430-450
dead 405-415
Im sitting at about 10-12% bodyfat, (4 pack is visible not bottom two abs)
I follow a 5 day split chest/back/legs/shoulders traps/ arms
6-10 reps pyramiding up with roughly 10-14 sets per body part
Ill will be using IBE epistane cycle for 6 weeks, wait one week start pct for 4 weeks with nolva. I will be taking cel cycle assist 2 weeks prior to the cycle and continue with it while on the cycle taking 8 caps a day. so it looks like:
epi 30/30/30/30/30/30
nolva 20/20/10/10
Ive read some people do 6 weeks and others do 4, im opting towards the 6.
Does this cycle look good for a first time ph user? Diet will be in check with a 40/40/20 split maybe 35/40/25
ANY input at all would be greatly appreciated. Whether its recommending additions to the pct or the cycle itself. Im really just looking for input before I commit.
