My Bridge/Between cycle stack

Just thought I would post my stack that I use in between cycles.

NTBM

Bridge 1.7 normal dose
Attack
Ancient Strength
Muscle Replenisher
Power PB


I use 5 caps of Bridge (2 caps 1st thing am, 1 pre WO, 2 Post), 3 Attack pre WO, 5 caps Ancient Strength pre WO, and 2 scoups of Muscle Replenisher post.

The Muscle Replenisher has 3g's of creatine mono so you are actually getting more than 5g's of creatine a day(8 total with the AS) Which i think is a balanced amount. It also contains everything you need post WO. So all in all I think its the perfect amount of carbs, protein, amino's, etc.

The proper amount of pro/carbs is essential to give your muscles enough to grow but its not too much where your going to gain any fat. If your really going after some mass add 1 more scoup of muscle replen. Which will really helpout with gaining more mass/size.

Some people who need more kick pre WO should add in some N2KTS for more energy but I personally dont need it.

I also add some Power PB to each shake for more quality cals, protein, and healthy fats. The Mono and Poly sat. (omega 3&6) fats do not stick on the body, they are used quickly for energy and also help out with joints. The fiber is just an added bonus. :deal:

The pro shakes with the power PB are great because they make the shake much more than just a normal protein shake. I dont end up taking as many as fish oil caps and CLA because we are getting all we need in the shake (Fish oil & CLA wise).

Just thought Id share. Please add some comments people. Sorry I was all over the place a bit. :bigok:
 
Sounds good to me as well. As Mich said GEAR could help to some wondrous things. I was using the same stuff on a cut
 
Yeah I add GEAR in here and there but it gets pricey as is. I would also like to add in a SARM too but again cash flow.
 
Only things I would switch would be -

Only 3 caps AS pre workout. 5g is plenty pre
Take more bridge pre workout instead of post workout.
Definitely add Need2Slin, i love this stuff.
A Sarm would be great to add as well. But ya a little pricey.

I'm interested in sarms as well I just wish there was more solid info on it.the stuff sounds great I remember reading about it years back and its come along way since then.

This I pretty much agree with right here. Nutrient partitioners are awesome if you can use them. 3 caps is more than enough for as well.
 
I really get great strength gains from 7-8's of creatine. I know it may be a little higher than some take but for me it does the job and does it well.
 
anyone else?? I am curious to see what your natural stack/or bridge stack is between cycles.... Id like to compare them to mine.
 
I like your stack with Attack, ancient strength, Bridge, and muscle replenisher. That would be an excellent way to help make gains between cycles.

Like the others I would have some GEAR in there along with a SARM. All that would be an epic stack :D
 
Sh!t with both those added it would almost be like being on a light cycle, especially if u dosed the SARM high

same here, I have heard about people using dbol as a bridge, but i would think that would be a bad idea. Sarms may be perfect.

Dbol as a bridge between cycles is a very bad idea. That would defeat the purpose of returning your test to normal levels as well as liver, lipids, etc.

I do like the idea of using non-supressive anabolics (SARMS) between cycles though :bigok:

Add in a nice test booster like bridge and you have a great combo ;)

Hellz yeah. Everything he said but that last one I would do for 100%. SARMS are a little expensive but they'll last for a long time.
 
Yup I barely used half of my bottle on my last 6 week run :trink26:

Are you doing osta or s4? Also do you take brakes between cycles and SARMS?

I wonder if RS does brakes between stuff.
 
My PCT was 4 weeks. So I ran Osta an additional 2 weeks for a total of 6.

I did -

Clomid
Ostarine
HCGenerate
Forma Stanzol
DAA
Post Cycle/Unleashed

WOW that is a hell of a PCT!!!! But for some reason I thought you meant you did 6 weeks of osta, then pct, then 2 weeks following which made me think why you did pct on osta. Sorry about that!
 
sh!t, the PCT will be almost as good as the cycle. Im going to guess the serm and natty stuff will go 4wks and then the SARM 6-8wks??

Thats pretty much what I'm doing too and its working pretty well so far.:yup:
