first dose of androlean

Today is chest shoulders abs cardio...I'm off from work, cesar chavez day whoever the f that is?! Nothing to report on lean, this is week 3 of it so ill take pics wed or thirs and post up...
 
workout was solid.
Sweating was like usual, left puddles everywhere, lol...Workout actually would have been epic, but on my last set of incline Dbells, I felt a pinch in my shoulder. After that I backed off weights and focused entirely on form. It hurts a bit now, so Im gonna ice the crap outta it tonight and hope I didnt really screw myself...Due to the weights being same, if not bit lower I wont bother posting everything...I ll plan on posting up some pics on thurs. to get the feedback from the forum and see what ya all think...
 
What kind of warm-up and pre-hab do you do before training?

Did my cardio pre lift today, so was good and warmed up. I do need to do more to ensure a proper warm up though. Today was a wake up call! Thankgod my shoulder seems ok now. I've been icing all night and it feels good... tom when I wake up ll be more telling...

Yea thats what i was going to say next...But 200mg is doing me ok. might do 400 sometime this week and see how i feel.
btw cesar chavez is a legend in the boxing world especially to mexicans..

Back, abs cardio tonight. My shoulder is ok, so no damage was done yest! Thankgod, that would totally blow to get hurt 1 week before PCT...
Side note- I upped my morning dose of lean to 4 caps. That puts me at 7 caps a day. I did this cause I want an empty bottle by the time pct rolls around. Sick of half empty supp bottles taking up space in my pantry...

Not quite what I was talking about, though. Pre-hab and warm-up is what you do for the rotator cuffs, lats, pecs (major and minor), and biceps before you lift.

Gottchya. That is def something I am going to incorporate into my pre workout routine. I can't afford to blow a rotation cuff...

The thermo effects come and go for me during the day. Its not like I'm on fire all day. If I do my cardiovascular pre lifting, I sweat buckets. If I do it post, I don't seem to sweat as much...

Yea same here. Is very min though. I do cardio post and i still sweat but thats bcause i run hard and i always did even before AL...This week im going to monitor it a little more and see..

Looks fine to me, however do not use an AI in PCT, it is just not a good idea. You have plenty of estrogen mitigation with that stack.

Makes sense. If by chance I experience gyno rebound symptoms, should i then toss in some arimidex, or nolva.. i have both...

Pump was still killer, sweats were there for sure...On that note, I have totally noticed that if I cut my recover time in between sets/lifts, the thermogenic properties of the lean is magnified...So instead of 45 sec or so in between lifts, I took 30, or superset things...Just an observation...I have not noticed any huge changes in the mirror yet, but as I have stated before, with weights going up, cardio added in and diet still solid, results have to be around the corner...Ill post up pics wed and see what ya ll think....

I plan on using DermaTherm Target while using Androlean, but holding off on a popular thermogenic to use with AL.

Havent read it but thank you bro. I understand and see how it works a little better now..So by u saying that, makes sense to keep fats very low so it'll use whats in stored already instead of using what u putting in?

My abs are not as visable in second pic, but I feel I look bit more vascular...As I have stated before, I have not seen a ton of progress, but my weights are still going up and diet is solid. lets see what the final week has to offer...
I have 1 week left of Lean before I PCT...The next week Im def upping ab work and holding all else constant, diet, volume of training and cardio.
 
on the second pic it is suppose to say 3rd week Lean, 12th week test...sorry
 
Man your traps look a lot bigger in the second pic, or it's just an angle/lighting thing.
 
Leg day;
Usually I do my legs on sat, but because I am going to opening day tom, my week is a bit off... Workout was nice and the pump was still in full effect. Sweat still pouring off me and weights were still same as last week, if not up. Only thing that ticked me off was that some douch bag was hogging up the squat rack doing 3/4 squats and grunting like he was the hulk...Because he was on there so freaking long I had to change up my whole routine and didnt even get to do squats...Make me mad...Here was workout regardless;

Plate loaded squat machine
2 plates a side x 25 wrmup
3 plates a side x 15
4 plates a side x 12
5 plates a side x 8
5 plates a side x 8
Drop set to failure

Hack squats
2 plates a side x 15
3 plates a side x 10
4 plates a side x 7

I am the same way. 6 months ago, id be happy looking like I look, but in another 6 months, it still wont be enough.
 
All the more reason to have noise-blocking headphones and an iPod Touch/iPhone. Watch some vids while the ass is taking the rack to further your aggression.

And bringing a beach towel for the sweat...5 day of lean left till pct, let's see how it all finishes up!

If I could get down that lean and cut like you are in your pics I wouldn't wear a shirt until the cops made me put one on. Looks like that stuff works. :yup:

hey, thanks man! Like I said though, Im never happy with where Im at, its like an ocd obsession for sure...

Last 3 days of Lean, Weekend was hell on the diet...Got in an assload of cardio on an empty stomach+ECA, on sat morning, to try and counter it. Sunday I took off, but back at it tonight. chest shoulders cardio abs...Hopefully my strength is still there and I finish strong going into PCT...Final pics and review on wed night...

Started workout with a 20 min run on treadmill. Sweated like a pig! My diet def being off this last weekend was a factor in my workout. Its amazing how slipping up with dietary needs focks you over, but its like I always say, Crap in, Crap out...

Ive changed my workouts to Mon, wed, friday and sat since I am not on test anymore and need more recovery time...

Pct question about toremifene... is it a take once a day thing, twice a day, before bed, upon waking... what is the consensus on this?
