Anyone have some good all compound lift routines? I want to make a new routine using H.I.T with primarily compound exercises. Any help?
currently:
Chest & Biceps - Monday
Back - Tuesday
Rest - Wednesday
Triceps & Deltoids - Thursday
Legs - Friday
Rest - Saturday & Sunday
