anywho, thought i would share how my back workout went tonight. I ABSOLUTELY KILLLLLLLLEEDDDD IT!

set new PR's on the seated cable rows (260lbs x 8)
T-bar rows i repped out 155 (that's 3 plates plus a 25)
wide grip lat pull downs at 220 x 10
and last but not least was bent over BB Rows at 175 for 7 reps.

i know most of you guys can warm up with these weights, but i was happier than a pig in the mud!

also, this ostarine is magic. im looking leaner already (not sure how cause im still eating like a horse) and weighed in at 216 AFTER MY WORKOUT AND SAUNA SIT.... yeah, im pretty ecstatic!

I knew you would love the Osta man. You ate having the same effects that I am on it. Leaning out and getting stronger at the same time.

BTW your tbars would be 160 if you did 3 plates and a 25. :D I just gave you 5 lbs you didn't know you had ;)

and if its like jacked then it gotta be good. i enjoyed jacked but got used to the stims after about 3 weeks. then again thats what happens with most stims.
 
did my legs tonight and had to take a towel with me cause i knew i was going to be sweating a ton. i must say, Osta is the real deal. im so friggin glad i ordered it. to be making gains still and weighing in at a touch over 215 (post workout and before dinner) im pretty psyched. im thinking of just staying on osta til a few weeks after im done with the clomid. im liking the effects too much!

well the sweating has been less severe today, but i also attribute that to the cooler temps outside where i am walking around most of the day.


cant wait to hit up arm day today since im looking a lot more vascular than usual. roadmap time!!

thanks bro. yeah, i wish i had my phone in the gym but not because of me. the dude beside me was kind of a bigger guy and looked like he was in high school and had that look on him like he wanted people to know he worked out hard.

when i started out warming up with the 35s on DB curls he also changed to the 35s. then i went to 40s, then 45s, then 50s and so on. this kid tried to as well, but he was swinging his entire body to get them up. im pretty sure he was workout out his back more than his arms lol. the best part was the he threw down the weights after 2 reps at 50lbs like he was a bad ass.

why is it that some people have to act so "hard" in the gym. im not there to impress anyone, if i have to go down to 25s to knock out reps then i will. people just amaze me and entertain me too easily.

Yeh the D-bags are everywhere man. I've got them at my gym and so does everyone else. I wished I had my phone to take a video the other day of a guy attempting to do Single arm Cable lateral raises. He had way to much weight and was moving his whole arm and body. It was frickin hilarious and it looked exactly like he was trying to start a push mower if you can picture that! :lmao:
 
shoulder day was pretty great today. no PRs or anything, but just a great overall workout. i know i keep saying it but this ostarine is kicking asssssss. my stomach is completely flat now, no bulge, and im starting to see the top 2 ab muscles.

and this is without doing ANY cardio and keeping my caloric intake around 3300. cant wait to start hitting up the stair climber and cutting cals by about 400 after PCT.
 
Dude I can't wait to hit cardio too. I'm ready to cut up and I'm thinking of starting cardio (moderate) next week ;)
 
yeahhh buddy. i weighed in today at 215 (that was at 830 in the morning and before breakfast or any fluids in me) so im pretty happy that i already look leaner. i cant imagine how much more defined i might look if i am able to do a recomp / slight cut around june.
 
bumped the dosage down to 12.5 - 15mg today. but im still sweating like none other. im not sure if im just having an abnormal reaction to this ostarine or what, but its 53 degrees outside, only 64 in the warehouse i roam around in, im in a pullover collared shirt, and i am sweating my ass off. its weird to have massive pit stains when its cold enough to see your breath outside.

i feel like a damn race horse or something!
 
just got home to see a fun box on my front porch! hello there green apple N2KTS! i did the old "fun dip" approach and licked my finger and stuck it in the tub. THAT IS BY FAR ONE OF THE TASTIEST PREWORKOUTS!!!

not gonna lie, i kinda started to not like anadraulic state's taste after a while. great results, just mehhh taste. im hoping N2KTS gives the same great pumps and energy.

I have a few questons if you dont mind me asking

Is the osta your only form of pct or are you going to run either nolva alongside the osta cycle or after your osta cycle?

Also how long does the bottle last if you dose at 12.5 every day?

And finaly how long do you plan on running the osta cycle?

1) yes i am running clomid right now alongside the osta. there's no way i would do a cycle without a proper PCT. (im also using N2KTS preworkout, an additional 5-10 grams of creatine, fish oil, vitamin D and C vitamins, and liver support)

2) if you were to dose the osta at 12.5 mg every day then it should last you about 120 days. i preloaded it / frontloaded it at 25 mg for the first week, and now im down to 12.5 -15 mg. my syringe is kinda hard to read so its somewhere between 12.5 and 15mg. not that huge of a difference though.

3) i was planning on running the osta for an extra 3 weeks after my pct, so a total of 7 weeks. technically the only thing ill be dropping on the 4th week of my PCT will be the clomid, all the rest of my supps are staples.

120 days that makes the initial layout of $118 inc postidge for me not too bad then I thought the bottle was only a months supply.

weight: 217 (+11)

had a pretty great back day today. i was able to work out with my brother while he is home on leave before being shipped out to qatar. he was pretty surprised with how much bigger i looked and how much more weight i was throwing around.

i really like the 12.5 mg of ostarine better than 25. i was just sweating wayy too much at 25mg.
 
Yeh man I've been at 12.5mg since week 2 of PCT. that's probably where it will stay and I think that is the best spot

yeah buddy i like that green apple! no lie, going from ASGT to N2KTS is no comparison in the taste department. as far as pumps and energy go they are just about equal, although i really like how much beta alanine is in N2KTS. i can feel it start to tingle within about 15 min, but with the ASGT at 3 servings i still couldnt feel it. im guessing that is due to the taurine and BA trying to compete for the same receptors. anywho, both solid products. also, i got the biggest pump i have ever had on chest day on monday (even more tight and pumped feeling than when i was on superdrol in the 3rd week).

thanks for the recommendation btw. i know its your job and all as a company rep, but still happy that the product lived up to its expectations and then some.

had a great arm day yesterday with my brother. he was pretty impressed with how big i have gotten, but he did say i looked a bit bloated. then he really started to bring on the criticism and let me know all my weak points (he was a personal trainer before joining the air force)

turns out i need to cut back on my cals more and start on cardio soon lol. he was just trying to help, but after looking at myself i guess im a bit delusional about what im seeing or something lol. 15% body fat is just too much, so its 1 more week of PCT, then its slim down time.

not sure how others take criticism, but i take it pretty hard cause i used to be overweight in middle and the early years of high school.
 
Yeh I hear you on that bro. I hate bodyfat and I always feel fatter than I really am. I'm actually looking forward to the start of cardio and cutting Cal's next week. I must be crazy. I want my ABS back!!
 
my girlfriend is always telling me that im more concerned with how i look than she is lol. i just wanna look good for her (or at least thats what i tell her) shes pretty lucky though cause she has pretty good genetics and is in great shape. 5'1" and 106lbs. i just realized that i weigh twice as much as her... hmm.

anywho, after next week ill start cutting back the calories a bit and doing a ton more cardio. technically any cardio will be more than im doing right now lol
 
a little update.

had a great shoulder workout friday. no new PRs or anything. My lifts have stayed the same as far weight and volume go so its nice to see my gains staying

moved into my new condo this weekend and now im on the hunt to find a good gym around this area. there's an LA fitness close by, but i have heard terrible things about the people at this particular area and the limited parking (also they have timed parking since its in the city). i dont want to rush my workout cause im worrying about getting a parking ticket.

still weighing in at 215 - 217lbs depending on the time of day and how much water i have had. overall i am very happy that i did this cycle! mild sides and great gains!
 
well, it was a nice 80 degrees here in ATL yesterday and with that comes sweating. lots of sweating, so much in fact that i feel like i should give some reviews on the 3 antiperspirants that i have and which ones work best lol

in order from best to worst

1) Old Spice - Figi. - this stuff worked the best. i was dry most of the day until i had to walk to the other end of the warehouse back to back. (1/2 mile worth of walking each trip).

2) Degree Men's Ultra - this stuff was ok. i didnt sweat too terribly much with this one although it was only 58ish outside, so im not going to be using it when it gets to the dead of summer.

3) Axe - Kilo - sucked for me. i had spots on my shirt under my pits and my back from sweating so much. (yes, i do put it on my back. i accept that im just a ridiculously sweaty human being )


good news on finding a gym to go to, looks like there is a 22,000 square foot gym that is a month to month membership for only 19 bucks a month less than 2 miles from my plcce! cant wait to get my swole on this afternoon.

had a great pump going and my vascularity was wayy up today. im pretty happy with my progress at this point and next week ill start to lower the calories just a bit and start up cardio 3x a week.
 
PCT day 19

i did arms yesterday (per the request of my roommate). i was wanting to do back, but im not pushy when it comes to exercising. anywho, it was a good arm workout. im still able to knock out the 50lb DB's with relative ease. triceps are still strong and looking more defined. i have a deeper horseshoe shape which is nice!


weight: 212 (-4)

I was kinda shocked to see the 212 when i got on the scale. but im not too worried cause i have all my strength still.

im still at 50mg clomid and 12.5mg osta every morning. anyone know if i should be taking it on an empty stomach? cause i usually eat a bowl of honey nut cheerios then take the supps.

should be doing legs tonight. time to kill it!
 
i had a great leg workout yesterday. found a new gym to go to and its only 3 months old so all the equipment is brand spankin new! the free weights are super nice and of course, there was plenty of cardio with lots of pretty ladies on them.

its called the retro gym. its a pretty cool idea cause they have a movie theater, but instead of seats there are ellipticals, bikes, and treadmills in there so you can watch a bad ass movie on a big screen and still get a workout.

anywho, on to the workout:

i decided to change it up a bit and do smith machine squats today

this was one killer workout if i do say so myself. all that was done in about 1 hour. i was sooooooooooooo close to puking its not funny. then again, it would have been considering i was their 1 day free pass to that gym. i dont think they would have let me be a member if i vomited on their floor the first day.
 
Some nice workouts laser! I wouldn't worry at all about losing a few lbs in PCT. You can pretty much bet on a lot of water and glycogen leaving your body after coming off of cycle. I usually count on 3-5 lbs of water lost anyways

I really don't think it matters if you take the clomid and Osta with or without food. Mine is taken on an empty stomach, but I have taken it with food too....doesn't seem to make a difference to me..
