BC+EAA pre-workout

when is th best time to use this? an hour before training, mixed with my ASGT? or 15min before training mixed with my citrulline malate? Im following this with Intrabolic+xtend during workout.

When I was using ASGT, I mixed my BC+EAA in with it and dosed 30-40 min pre-resistance training.

im probly over complicating this, but how about:

pre 60min-ASGT
pre 45min-GPLC
pre 15min-11g BC+EAA and 4g citrulline malate
intra-1 scoop extend(half serving)+intrAbolic+20g dextrose
post-3 cap neovar
post 15 min-40g protein 60g malt/dex
to complicated or what?

I couldn't imagine having to do that every workout day.

I'd try this-

pre 45min-GPLC
pre 30min-ASGT-11g BC+EAA and 4g citrulline malate (i find preworkouts more effective 30min pre-workout)
intra-1 scoop extend(half serving)+intrAbolic+20g dextrose
post-3 cap neovar-40g protein 60g malt/dex
 
I usually had 9scoops BC+EAA during ME training day which is 2-3hrs a day. then I would drink 3-4scoops Postal. works great recovery was remarkable!
 
I use 6 scooops of the bc+eaa 15 minutes pre-training every workout.

I hate drinking liquids during training so I go pre-

Try:
30-45min pre (ASGT, Cit Mal, GPLC, Bc+eaa)
Intra-(Intrabolic with dextrose)
Post-wo 30-60min later, food....

There is no need for a shake if your having intra-wo aminos (2 scoops of intrabolic is plenty of aminos, and even 1 scoop is plenty since you have pre-wo aminos). And your blood levels of aminos will be elevated for up to 60min give or take with intra aminos. If your using anything more then 1.5g of ASGT your getting enough creatine too.

Your not going to be able to absorb all of that. It sounds like a pain in the ass and expencive urine (no offence intended).

Id mix BCAA with asgt preworkout, go to your workout, and then have bcaa's after.

ALternatlivley id have ASGT pre, Xtend OR EABCAA during (i dont see the point in having both) , whey protein after.

Additionally, id only be doing this on a cut. If your preworkout and post workout nutrician are in order You wont need half of this stuff.
 
I agree with the above, i like some aminos around my workout, whether it be pre/post or pre/intra. Either one is fine, personal preference really.
 
I do 3 servings intra-workout but mixing it with ASGT, BC+EAA, and citrulline malate sounds like a good idea also. Actually I'm going to try this today :D
 
pre and postWO i would rec with the BC+EAA
