HMB, any feedback ?

IMO don't waste your time. I've taken massive doses (10-15g a day) for extended periods of time when I got it cheap from BN and got nothing out of it.

Stick with BCAAs.

How is this HMB stuff ? Are they good or overrated ? what does it do and how long does it take to see some results

Check out these studies, HMB is not something we should be wasting our money on :)

After it failed in the bodybuilding/sports industry, they've been trying to make HMB happen in senior citizens by putting it in Ensure.

It'll work great there because it's very difficult claim the product isn't panning out when you have alzheimer's. How do you even know you've been using it?

i took hmb for three weeks in a row. I gelt a little more energetic but im betting it was a placebo effect.

I agree with this.the studies have not impressed me at all.

How did it even get sny attention in the sports industry? It must have done something, right?

If I remember correctly, it was initially used to prevent muscle loss/weakness in trauma victims (during the healing process) and the terminally ill.

Eas blew it up big time. Hmb has something to do with Leucine, but i forget how. Hica is actually a supplement that may be worth trying out.
