does anyone know if upping my dosage to three a day would make any difference? or should i just save the extra pills for another cycle?
im satisfied with the strength gains, but im more interested in size and weight gains. Ive just gone thus far with 2 a day, and if i switch to three now ill have 20 left for another cycle, which i suppose i could stack with another ph. the only thing keeping me from adding another pill a day is that i dont want to waste that extra pill if it wont make a difference. if i do decide to add an extra, at what time should i take it? cuz i already have the two a day spread out fairly far, and iv heard if you take it b4 bed it can mess with your sleep quality
im eating 3000-5000 calories a day. I eat as much as i can stuff my face with. no sweets. just lots of protein, fat and carbs. straight bulking. the only time of day i havent been eating is before bedtime cuz i take zma. would it be better if i quit the zma and stuff my face before bed as well? maybe add a protein shake before bed?
3000 and 5000 cals is a huge difference my friend!! Sometimes just bumping your cals 500-1000 cals can be the difference in gaining size or staying the same. And yes, I would eat/drink something before bed. I personally take 2 scoops of Syntha6 with skim milk right before bed, feeding my muscles with 800+ cals and slow digesting protein for when I'm asleep.
Im shooting for 5000, but some days I'm not able to eat as much as others. I'm going to start eating before bedtime, if i stick to my diet tracker and add that one extra meal i can get over 6000 a day. Should I take my last 10 mg of Methastadrol with that last meal then?
I personally would. I try to dose all my hormones evenly throughout the day just to have a steady stream in my body. So with my current run, I take it first thing in the morning, an hour before I workout, then right before bed.
I would take mine an hour before i work out, but it says im supposed to take it with food and fatty acid supplements, and i don't want food in my stomach when i take my NO Xplode. so iv been taking one with my first meal of the day and one with my post-workout meal. Is this good or should I start doing one an hour before workout? I figured if im going for bulk then taking it with large amounts of food would be ideal.
I honestly don't think it really matters. Many will take it pre-workout but I dose it on timing. Most times one of my doses will fall before workout so that's good, but I think a steady stream of hormones in the body throughout the day is a much better way to go than say, dosing ALL at one time in the morning.
If you want to take pre-workout on an empty stomach, use fish and flax oil.

I did a yahoo search on it and didn't come up with much. It seems Diabolic labs is no longer in biz as far as I can tell.....which does't directly effect the quality IMO. Let us know what you think, you can still find it for sale....

Does anyone have some good advice for PCT? I would like to keep as much gains as possible. Im going to take clomid. How long should I take it for? How long should I wait before going on another PH? Do I need to wait awhile after taking clomid before i get on another PH or can i take it right after im done with pct? Last time i took a PH i didn't do any PCT and it wasn't good lol so i think i should get as much info on it this time so i can keep my gains. if anyone knows much about this, i would appreciate some advice
Unreal's Guide to Superdrol Superdrol is an ideal compound for pulsing because it's strong and has a short half life (~6 hours). Recall that pulsing is meant to extend cycle duration by dosing only 3-4x a week, in doing so, shutdown and sides are greatly mitigated. I feel that pulsing with SD 3x a week with DC training is probably one of the best ways to use it.
A lot of guys have been asking me to clarify the theory behind this cycling technique, so here's a basic explanation.
What is "pulse" cycling? Pulsing is a method of dosing that is intentionally designed to avoid potential long-term side effects such as HPTA suppression and liver stress.
Using the same calculation, the net result would be a gain of 12 pounds over 2 months, instead of the 10 pound gain expected from the 1 month standard cycle. That means a greater net gain of 2 pounds per cycle, and perhaps a more permanent gain due to the slower rate of acquisition and longer time of reinforcement!
There are three common types of pulse:
1) EOD dosing (3-4 times per week)
2) 2 days on / 2 days off
3) 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (2 wks is the longest viable on time consideration, no longer)

That's a mislabeling in the nomenclature. It should read 17b hydroxy. 17a hydroxy would make this much less active and not superdrol, because a 17a-OH group adds no androgenic or anabolic activity in an androstane backbone (superdrol); whereas a 17b-ol is hydrolyzed to the active almost immediately.
Designer Supplements was the original SuperDrol - 2a-17a-dimethyl-5a-androst-3-one.
No that is not what I was trying to say, you can not "pulse for PCT".
Since you are already ON every day you will require a PCT of some kind.
The idea of doing say a pulse "3x a week (MWF)" for example 8 weeks is not to require a PCT at the end, but it is a good idea to have PCT products on hand just in case you need them, also the idea is that since it takes longer to build up your body gets use to having the extra mass and you will loose less after the pulse cycle.
I got everything ready for a full cycle, including SERM for PCT. Then I read about pulsing. I am about half way thru my first two month "3x a week pulse at 30mg" "I take 20mg prior to workout and 10mg after workout" and I am up about 9lbs and can see fat loss and increased every lift by about 30lbs excluding curls. I am taking it easy as I know when ON I can push more but don't want to hurt my self as I have read others have. When I am completed if I see signs I need PCT I do have a SERM on hand.

You just read/skim (Dr. D's guide, "How to Pulse Orals" ) which will take you days and days and you will learn lots and lots. (Unreal's Guide to Superdrol ) is really great to read also.
Ya pulsing sounds like it would be good. A couple guys said that it isn't for everyone cuz some ppl experience a "hormonal roller coaster", but the idea of keeping more gains sounds very appealing. I'm thinking I may try that for my next cycle. I'm just not sure how I would know if it made my hormones go wild. I guess it would just result in higher side effects like aggression? after seeing some bloodwork of pulses, i decided NEVER to pulse......
if your gunna be shut down either way, why not go balls to the wall and do your best to recover afterwards...
Ya I've been experiencing some lethargy since I upped my dosage to 30mg a day. its not messing with me too much, and my N.O. xplode helps wake me up a lot, but it would be nice to not have to worry about it. Do you know if Mdrol affects immune health at all? I think I may be getting a little sick, maybe its just allergies, but I've heard some other people complain about it on other forums. If so, do you know any way I can combat this? and if I need to go to the doc, do you know if antibiotics interfere with Mdrol or vice versa?
“go balls to the wall”
When I was a kid, I use to rip off the governors off lawn mower engines and put them on my go-cart so I could push them full bore wind it up to the max “go balls to the wall”. After a while it would blow the engine and I would just get another old lawn mower engine and rip off the governor and do it again. Boy it was fun.
Now if I was 21 or even in to my mid 30’s still I would more than likely take your approach, “go balls to the wall” as I did with most everything including driving. I am not going to try to convince you not to drive 10-20 over the speed limit, not to fly thru yellow light intersections with your tail end in the middle when it turns red and the red light camera gives you a ticket or you get smacked in the side by another can and you end it all.
I drive a little slower now, the speed limit and I don’t fly thru yellow light intersections, I leave home earlier and am not rushing to get to places on time.
Nor am I going to try to convince you to pulse.
I myself do not want to “go balls to the wall” with my body, it may take longer to get the results, but I am getting the results, much faster than if I did not use the Superdrol. Even if I do end up needing a PCT of a shorter duration than if I did a STRAIGHT Cycle or end up needing a full out PCT. At least I am not pushing my body to the max during the pulse cycle. When one get older some of us do take into conversation our mortality.
