Just curious what others are going through on their keto diets... this is my 3rd time trying the SKD, and I love it, always positive results.
I keep my protein intake typically around 135g per day split up between 5 or 6 meals. I try to keep my carbs >15g a day, and add in healthy fats throughout the day too.
I do an intense spin class for an hour 3 days out of the week, and fill in the remaining days with a fast-paced walk on the treadmill. Still working on some sort of weight training routine, as I'd like to get a nice toned look going.
Have any of you gotten away with more than 15g of carbs a day? What sort of cardio workouts would you recommend? Do any of you keep track of your caloric intake while doing keto, or just stick to high-protein low/no-carb?
