The other day I bought some hoodia because someone on the boards recommended I try it because it works for her. I took one pill 2 days ago and it really did work. I wasn't hungry at all. I was waiting to write about it in my log because I wanted to take it again to see if it would work again. I took one pill last night after dinner and I had no appetite the rest of the night. I did have a really bad craving for brownies so I ate a couple but it was hormonal not because I was hungry!

I have realized that when I'm bored I like to eat. I don't eat bad food but I shouldn't be eating and eating until 2 o clock in the morning.
Yesterday was an Adderllin day. I think I built up a tolerance to it because I hardly felt any energy off of it. I got a pretty good sweat but that was it.

Today I am going to take 1 clen and 1 adderllin
Started the day off with 3 omega-3 hard boiled eggs (just the whites)

I'll report back later!
 
1 Adderllin after breakfast

Lunch- tuna with canola oil based mayo

1 clen

workout- 25 min cardio & abs

Dinner- Delicious green beans that we make. We cook it in " I can't believe it's not butter" butter lol, garlic and garlic powder on top. It's so good! 2 little bison burgers, no cheese, dipped in no sugar ketchup and bleu cheese.

Dessert- a little bit of all natural unsalted peanut butter.
 
Today took one adderllin and one clen

Breakfast- 2 omega-3 eggs
Dinner- 2 turkey burgers with no salt ketchup
Snack- Cashews
After gym- peanut butter

45 min cardio. I used on of the programs on the elliptical called hill interval. Felt extremely focused and time passed by quickly. The two of them made me really sweaty.

Worked arms and now it hurts to lift them lol.
 
Supps: multis, fish oil, evening primrose, acnetame

Breakfast- 3 omeg-3 egg whites
Dinner- chicken broth, green beans, 2 bison burgers with mushrooms no sodium ketchup
Snacks- peanut butter & cashews

Worked legs and 50 min cardio
 
Took a day off from stims yesterday, took one adderllin today and it's hitting me hard!
I had my cheat day yesterday also. Dominoes :)
Great appetite suppressant. Going to work out in a few. I think I am just going to do cardio today.

Breakfast- 3 omega-3 eggs just the whites
Lunch- Tuna with canola oil based mayo
Dinner- I am going to have some salad, 2 turkey burgers without cheese and green beans

Took one adderllin after breakfast. I had a lot of stuff to get done today around the house and I finished everything. I definitely felt the thermogenic and appetite suppressant effects. I took a day off from stims yesterday so today I felt the effects a lot.

I started my work out by running around the neighborhood. I think my route is a mile or so.
When I got home I took one clen and then went straight to the gym. I did 20 minutes of cardio and worked arms. I was really into my workout and I felt really strong! I went up in weight and did more reps. I guess its the egg diet!

Did anyone do anything good for V-day?
We don't really care too much. We just went to the movies and saw The Fighter. Amazing movie for anyone who hasn't seen it!

Haha yeah. I didn't even know it was Christan Bale at first! He did an awesome job.

Nope, no bread, no cheese. I eat them with reduced sugar ketchup and bleu cheese from this deli we go to.


2 adderllin (took both at once)

Breakfast- 3 omega-3 egg whites, 1 cup of coffee with 2 packets of splenda, no milk
Lunch- tuna with canola oil based mayo
Dinner- green beans and turkey burgers with no cheese

20 min cardio and legs

Breakfast- 3 omega-3 eggs. Ate one whole one with the yolk and the other two just the whites.
Lunch- Tuna with canola oil based mayo and cashews (roasted and not salted)
Snack- 2 pieces of turkey sliced thin
Dinner- Green beans and 2 turkey burgers (no bread and no cheese) with no sugar added ketchup and a little bit of bleu cheese.

Usually at night I snack on an egg, peanut butter, cashews or sugar free jello.

Today I woke up earlier than I usually do and I felt good but I needed a little more energy so I took an Adderllin. I also took it because obviously I was going to hit the gym. I had energy and was going to play tennis but then my plans changed and I just ended up watching TV, lol. I started to get a little tired when I was just relaxing but no crash.

As I said in my other posts, I think I have built up a tolerance to it. A couple of months ago I could take one adderllin and have energy all day. Now I have energy for a shorter period of time and I have to take another during the day.

I did have a really good work out today. I worked up a sweat pretty quickly.
40 min cardio and worked arms.

I added swimming into my work out routine because now its crunch time. 12 days until Miami!
 
So are you still taking clen? And just curious as to why you dose it at only one per day?


Yep, took half a clen today. The tabs are 40mcg. I like to work my way up, I can't start with more than half a day. I usually start with half because taking more than that at once makes me feel uneasy. I take breaks from it and after the breaks I start with half again.

Workout- Ran a mile and swam a mile

After I ran, I took half a clen (the tabs are 40mcg) then went swimming.
I wasn't too shaky from the clen but it gave me a bad headache when I started swimming. When I got home I took 2 taurines and 1 magnesium to help my headache.
 
any particular reason for taking clen? seems like you got diet and exercise locked down, should be able to get as ripped as possible just with those two.

Today I started to feel sick so I took a day off from the gym and didn't take any stims. I ate pasta and fruit today just to feed the cold.
 
the fighter is an awesome movie, christian bale is the best crackhead you can find haha

not to be confused with "Fighting" which was one of the worst pieces of cinematic trash i've ever wasted time on... channing tatum is the worst actor of all time..hands down, there aren't any comparisons... Michael Bolton could've been better in that movie

awful acting in "fighting" thats true. the fight scenes were pretty bad ass though, especially the last one. one thing that i kept saying the entire time i was watching the movie, is this guy ever gonna train??? all he did was jog the streets every day for a little while.

I hated fighting! It was awful!




I haven't posted in a while because I've been sick with the flu. I'm still a little sick but I'm much better than I was. Today is March 6 and the last time I worked out was Feb 28, so almost a week. I hated not working out! Especially since I am going away in 4 days! I did eat clean and didn't stray from the diet too much, but I did eat more than I usually do. I ate a lot of fruit to get vitamin C and kept my protein high.
I got antibiotics from the doctor and cough medicine yesterday and I already feel better. I made it to the gym today but didn't overdo it. I just did 30 min of cardio.
I took half a clen but no stims. I am not going to take stims until I am %100. The clen helped me breathe a little and I was sweating a lot.
It felt good to get a little work out today.

I gained 2 pounds but I can drop that pretty quickly. Most of it is bloat anyway.

Yeah, it seems EVERYONE is sick! I'm just getting over the flu too and I'm dying to get back into the gym!
 
A good old movie to check out is "Vision Quest" with Matthew Modine. Great Flick about a highschool wrestler. Dood trains hardcore to be a state champ.

I am going back to Miami again at the end of the month so I will be sticking with the diet and workouts.

Breakfast- 1 egg over easy
Lunch- Tuna
Pre-workout- 1 chicken breast with cashews
Dinner- 2 turkey burgers with blue cheese and ketchup (no cheese and no bread)
Snack- 1 chicken breast

Played tennis for a half hour then went to the gym and did 45 min of cardio and shoulders.

The past 3 days I have been working out hardcore. It sucked being sick for week and not being able to workout. I've been wearing a garbage bag when I work out and went back to the gym a second time if I did not play tennis that day. It really works! I'm looking really lean. Pics will be up by next week.
