Sorry for my late entry, I talked to NeedTo and he said its all good. I was waiting for my shipment to come so that it could be in the pictures, but now that i got it, Im ready to rock.

I will be using a 5x5 routine, and my diet is a clean bulk style around 5k cal a day

I am an impossible gainer, I have tried a ton of different things and never really had luck gaining weight. Throughout the course of a night I can lose 2-3lbs so I am really excited for this!
 
**** yeah man, with the diesel & epi and all the other goodies + 5k cals. You should pack on slabs of muscle for sure. Have fun and good luck bro!

How will you be dosing the gear?
 
Diesel will blow you up for sure.

How old are you and how long training, if I might ask?

Thanks guys, I am pretty excited for this stack. One of my friends had some killer results on mdrol and epi and he is the one who helped set this stack up for me.

I am 25 and I have been training off and on for a couple years. 2009 I worked out a lot and gained a ton of size, and then I got back into school and work and I stopped working out and I lost everything.
My body seriously will eat itself over night, and it is really hard for me to keep size.

My diet is around 2200-2500 calories coming from shakes because of my really busy schedule.
Other than that its a lot of lean meats, eggs, and bread.

Since I did lose so much since my last run with the gym I am taking until the middle of feb to just eat and lift before I start any of the supps so that I can get back that muscle memory and save the supps for the plateau.
 
grind up some oats and drink 'em, cannot beat oats for adding mass and it's easy! Eggs too, lots of eggs.

I feel ya pain bro its rough having a fast metabolism but this contest should give you a good reason to kill some **** in the kitchen and weight room ;)

Get the eating down, or you won't be able to maintain gains. How often do you eat? 2-2.5K calories from shakes won't help a lot, unless you're putting whole food in them like oats, bananas, PB and the protein powder is just extra. Most should come from whole food, that's what produces gains.

Focus on eating oats, eggs, and milk. Something like 10 eggs AM and 10 eggs before bed (just egg whites and 1-2 yolk). 2 cups of oats per day and use milk as a drink of choice. Of course keep your meat intake high with chicken, turkey, beef, pork, etc. You can also add in natty PB, I go through ~4lbs of that in a month.

Prepare food ahead of time, and make it easy to transport. I just ate some egg whites I had cooked up and packed in gladware.
 
That is definitely my biggest challenge with the food intake because i am a fulltime student and I work, so I spend about 10-12 hours every day at my school. Definitely pack lunches etc. For the morning time I do the same shake as indysoccer (lil more ingredients though), 2 cups of milk (whole), 2 scoops of Nutrabolics Mass Fusion, 4 tbsp of organic PB, 1.5 Cups Oats, 3 eggs, and a banana. Night time shake consists of 2 cups of milk (whole), 1 Cup 4% Cottage Cheese, 1 Cup Greek Yogurt, and About 6 Scoops of Ice Cream for flavor/fat. I eat alot of avacados, and sometimes make avacado shakes, lots of bread with oil/balsalmic (usually about 1/2 cup of oil per sitting). Im italian so i make lots of italian dishes from my nana so they usually have high calorie/carb. Besides that pretty much anything i can get my hands on in the daytime.

I have some problems eating first thing in the morning, I know its really important to, but everyone in my family is like that... food first thing in the morning gives us "bubble guts" if you know what i mean :/ any recommendations on how to get rid of that??

haha yeah for sure man, its ridiculous. right before bed i usually eat so much that if i bend down to the fridge for water it wants to come back up! haha just gotta power through it, being the skinny kid sucks! time to throw on some slabs!
