Anyone tried adding caffein to a topical solution for fat burning? Whats a good way to mix it? How much caffeine is too much before I begin to feel caffeine in me?

It doesn't do much for fat burning, but it'll act as a topical diuretic.

^^^This. Using caffeine topically isn't the same as using it orally.

I always wondered how a norepinephrine stimulating compound could be useful inside of a fat cell. What actually works in a fat cell as far as releaseing fatty acids. Are rasberry ketones really useful at all?

I think if it raises your temperature, it's going to help burn fat.

To the OP, if you want to dabble with topical fat burning, try Invalid Link Removed from Primordial Performance.

No caffeine, but It has...

Theophylline 50mg
Raspberry Ketone 44mg
Evodiamine 23mg
Trans-cinnamaldehyde 17mg

thanks. Apparently, topical caffeine won't really help with thermogenisis anyway. I would like to see some research on what the Dermatherm ingredients actually do in a fet cell though.

If your just looking to draw out some water from your midsection, save yourself the trouble and just go buy some preparation h and rub it on.
