10am protein brownie. ( 1egg,1 scoop whey 24 protein, 1 tb peanut butter)
12-1 whole wheat lunchmeat sandwich with water or energy drink or milk
3-4 protein brownie again.
7-8 usually chicken or meat or pork with veggies
Post workout is simple just protein shake with a apple or orange or bannana
