Started Alpha One today

Day 16...

Weight has been steady at 203 lbs for a few days now. Although there has been no significant change in wieght in about 6 days, it seems like I am leaning out a while continuing to fill out. My workouts continue to be phenomenal. It seems like the longer I am in the gym the the harder I want to workout.

So far acne has been the most noticable side effect. I have definatley experienced worse on other compounds. Libido is ok.

Im trying to make the most of this last week so I have planned a couple of extra workouts.

Oddly enough I am looking forward to this particular pct. Im curious to see how much I of my gains I can mantain and how quickly I can bounce back. Have alot of supps lined up for pct. I really want to hang on to this size while restoring natural test levels, libido etc..
 
nice .. yeah keep up posted on ure pct too .. i always up the carbs/cals/protein during pct ..which always helps keeping the gains
 
owesome gains brow.....starting to get fuller.

Alpha-one looks a good drug for a kick start on a test cycle.
 
Day 20. All over. Now for PCT. Weight 205. Total gain 15 lbs.

Im pressed for time now but I will write a review a little later...

15lbs in 20 days? AND you stayed lean and your abs look more cut now than before? (no homo). id say success!

shoulders/traps/chest look real thick -- even with your shoulder sensitivity haha.

Nice solid gains, how did the PCT go?


Oh man..how did the PCT go? Absolutely terrible.

The last few days of Alpha one I started to feel a little bit run down. I didnt think much of it because I have a hectic schedule and rest is rare. But I was ready to attack the pct because I really wanted to maintane and even build on my gains.

Well almost immediatley after working out on day 2 of pct I left the gym and developed a brutal head cold. I thought it may have been a sinus infection. My head felt like it had about 15 lbs of mucus in it. I was waylayed. I hosted the holidays at my house so I had family comming from all over the country and trying to get everything only wore me down even more. What should have been a simple head cold sidelined me for about 4 days. So I figure my appetite is still good, Im eating alot of food and I started Nolva so as soon as I am better Im going to get back into it and salvage this pct. WRONG. About 2 or 3 days later I got food poisoning. Can you believe it. I was bed ridden for 3 days. The only energy I had is when my body involuntarily convulsed in fits of vomitting. I lost my appetite had no energy and could not keep anything down. I lost 15 pounds. Whats worse was as I finally started to get better my wife and my daughter also got sick with some kind of flu. ( they probably caught it from me ) So obviously getting myself back together took a back seat to taking care of them. Man I couldnt stomach the thought of eating or getting to the gym. Creatine ? Forget about it. It was all I could do to take the nolva every day. I just started to feel better a few days ago and finally went back to the gym for the first time since December 23.

A relative gave me gift cards to a nutrition store for Christmas so I went and picked up hghup and freetest and Im going to start running those in a few days and see if I can get anything going again.

The nice thing is the nolva I used seemed to work good, I certainly dont feel shut down or anything like that and Libido picked up. But I havent had bloodwork done either.

This pct was one of the most discouraging experiences I have ever had with working out. Everywhere I go my friends and co-workers do a double take and say "Man, did you loose wieght? You look skinny" This just after being about the biggest I had ever been just a few weeks prior.

I am feeling better now and I am looking forward to building myself back up.

I am going to be using asgt for creatine and pre workout along with the hghup and free test. I am hoping to see some results.
