Sleep: I tossed and turned for a bit last night, had trouble falling asleep but once i did i stayed asleep. I sweat a lot last night, I always sweat when I sleep, my girl friend things im a freak, I also get really warm when i sleep. My recovery has been wonderful. my appetite has really rev'd up. The recovery aspect is great for the way i lift, I can hit big lifts multiple times a week. add eating big to that and you got a formula for growth!

I did not however get the calories i wanted in yesterday. work just would not allow. tuesday is the most hectic day at work. I still weighted in at 197 today, and that is on an empty stomach. 192 to start the log was after 2 cheat days and equivalent to monday when i was 203+ To hold steady and look lean at 197 is not shabby if you ask me. Just want to put that into retro spect.

I looked really lean today, i had to snap a pic. I never look this good bulking...

Sorry the picture quality is poor. I need serious work on taking,croping,and posting pics. Today I did shoulders bi's calves and did a lot of the things I did to rehab my shoulder. It's been bothering me an I figured it would help.
 
Sleep was great again last night. I had all intentions of going to the gym today but I didn't set an alarm and woke up at 150 I leave for work at 215 so no time today to lift. I didn't even have time for an update today until now. I don't work tomorrow and with being so well rested I anticipate I'll have a good lift.

On a side note related to the misfortune from last week I will be gone next week. I probably will be extremely limited in my ability to get a work out in. I will still be making updates. I think with my recovery being so fast I have been slightly over doin it. Next week my CNS will take a break. I should come back with a vengeance.

I feel so well rested today I almost feel stoned. I really don't sleep well usually. The sleep improvements from the stack are wonderful n
 
Another great night of sleep. Id say by now it's fair to say the quality of sleep is more than a coincidence. Woke up later than I'd like but I have the day off and I aloud my self to sleep in.
 
Sleep last night was good again, I was out like a rock...

I work today, I woke up early to go to the gym. yeah it opens at 12 sundays. that wont work so Epic failure. But i realized i forgot to post yesterdays work out

weight 198-199ish it was like 198.8 im pretty happy maintaining that weight. I have been pounding food. My fat sticks mostly on my lower abs, unfortunately it is also the hardest place for me to loose fat... Cutting is a bitch for me, bulking is crazy easy and fun. Hitting PRs is always great, esp on bench. Even though Its not an honest PR because I had reserved energy, I may have been able to hit 325 like that long ago. who knows I still got it, its still the best Ive benched.
 
I am sorry to everyone for the lack of updates. I am out of town on family business related to the unfortunate circumstance on thanksgiving.

Monday night sleep was aweful. No relation to the stack. I had a 5 hour drive after work and had a lot on my mind as well as a good amount of stims to get through the drive. Getting to sleep at all was a mirracle.

Tues night. Sleep was infinitely better. I woke up at 9 am feeling well rested. I don't know if I moved at all while sleeping. I had a wonderful night sleep. And I needed it. I didn't even need to wake up at any time but I felt so rested I just started the day early.

Last night sleep was good. I woke up at 11 but that really means nothing. I did not need to get up earlier. I slept straight through the night and feel great today

As for working out lots of pushups and I'm being creative using luggage as dumbbells. My stress levels are way better than I thought they would be. I am making updated from my phone so please bear with any typos. Thank you all I will continue updates and will be ready to kill weights next week!
 
Gettin to sleep was not easy. I tossed and turned. Once I fell asleep I stayed asleep and was fine. This week I have been using a conservative dose of 3 caps blue growth and 2 caps white blood. At this lower dose it is still effective for sleep, the effects just don't seem ad pronounces. Ie having trouble falling asleep, but getting a good nights rest once sleeping.

I should note I have not kept an ideal diet. I've been doing my best but it's an on the road diet. Few more days.
 
Thanks! I skipped last night because I had a large amount of carbs near bedtime. I got a new pair of shoes for squats! They are Nike blazers. Nike owned converse and they are basically the same as all stars but I got them super cheap. I can not wait to get in a big lift. It will take a lot of willpower to not bench squat and dead lift my first day back and burn my self out.

:cheers:MM11 your progress looks and sounds fantastic. You have some great lifts there brother you are a strong mofo. I know being around your weight that it's difficult to sustain that strenghth unless you eat eat. Good for you man, keep it up.
 
Sleep: Last night I resumed full dose of both products. Sleep was wow again. woke up 10 mins pre alarm feeling like I slept for a week. I drove home yesterday and the weather got to me, I got into an accident (with my new mkz...) but I was able to keep my calm, make it home safe, and I have insurance so its not the end of the world. I have never used 5-htp but this WB/BGH stack really has helped with anxiety in times of extreme duress.

405 x 7! That matched a PR... I had to go heavy after that set!

445 x 1 - I was assessing how my hips would handle the weight
455 x 3!!!! PR matched from bulking last year... I never thought id be back to squatting this much again. I did use a spotter which i NEVER use, but he didnt touch me, and really helped me push mentally past giving up.
225 x 20. this did not feel as hard today, maybe because i droped 220lbs off my last set.

Drop set leg press (on machine)
3 sets... ouch (drop 20lbs down do till failure, and repeate = 1 set) If i was getting 5 or les reps i would drop down a bit extra.

super set leg curls/leg extentions
I would do the exercise till failure then drop to half the weight and continue till failure, then super set doing the same for leg extentions. then take 3 mins break between sets
4 sets of this total

weight today was 199.8 not to bad taking a week off. I am not as lean looking but that may change as i get my gym pumps back. I have a few more days left on the stack! I hope to end this log with a vengence! thank you all for bearing with me in these hard times, I am sorry to Controlled Labs this log was fairly lack luster. I will complete this log with picks and a review, and this last week or so will be full force!

Thank you I also had a weeks rest and plenty of time to warm up and take breaks as long admit needed between sets.
 
Sleep last night was very deep. Slept straight through the night and I feel well rested this morning. I cannot ask for much more! It's gym time I'll be back in a coupple of hours.
 
... I spent to much time on the phone with my insurance agent and dealership about getting my car fixed. I did not have as much time as i would have liked today in the gym...

275 x 8 PR! no help from a spotter at all! PRs make bulking less depressing.
***Bicep exercises where done in between sets, it is in my opinion this helps with strength to get tris loose after a bench set. also i was pressed for time and it helped me get more lifting in less time.

weight was 198.? It was under 199 over 198. I was happy with the multiple PRs on bench. PRs and eating everything in sight makes bulking fun, and helps forget that my abs are hibernating for winter. I looked at pics from the summer (around the time of my avatar) and i really miss dem abs. I do however love feeling strong and LOVE eating! It seems i may have been over working myself, that week break really helped. My tendonitis and hips both feel great, didnt even need wrist wraps at all this week. I will take tomorrow off, I forget not being sore does not mean your fully recovered, and I have not been sore latley so I may have over done it. CNS needs to recover not just muscles.

This stack is really working in my favor. I will most likely use it when cutting this summer. in fact i think cutting would be a better way to use this stack, but its doing just fine for a bulk!
 
I only got about 4 hours sleep last night. I worked late and had to get my car to the dealership to get fixed. I actually woke up feeling rested but it may hit me later. I took a break from lifting. I feel I was over trained and that week off did me well. I broke/matched 2 major prs this week and want that to continue. I will resume being a beast in the gym tomorrow.

No working out this weekend, got christmas stuff done. Also I have been eating carbs really close to bed, Because the effects of both products are blunted by carbs I did not use the stack this weekend

Sleep

Tuesday night was another great night of sleep. Not to much to report different. this stack works, not much else to say.

Weds night sleep again was lights out, woke up feeling refreshed. Its hard to get out of bed, but thats more because its warm in my bed and cold outside of my bed.

Work out

... I was helping my baby brother in getting his lifts up (highschool senior) in hopes he can get a d2 football scholarship. But I had a great day, all those carbs!

I would say that was my best day of squats ever, form was dead on, hips felt good. I was shocked when I had 455 on I was able to keep going, I thoguht id get 1 or fail but busted out 3 for 2 sets. I understand i am light years away from some, but for me this was huge!

335 is the absolute most I have ever benched. I usually dont see much improvement in 1 rep maxes, I didnt even skip on thet sets earlier!

I rocked out PRs today! My brother said it really gave him inspiration to improve, I told him to eat peanutbutter and drink lots of milk. haha (what i tell all skinny kids)

I have 1 day left of this stack, and I am impressed. I will use my last dose of each tonight and get my finial review up by this weekend. I am going to the gym now but will probably do a really easy day. Post pictures will be up along with the finial review when I can find a second in my busy ass life.

BTW I went back through my log and am sad that its comming to an end soon! I feel I made decent progress while going through a lot. CL should have a huge sale on new years at nutra!
 
Work out
Today I did random arms. The squat / Bench session kinda takes a toll on the body. It was a very ADHD training session going back and forth between Bi and Tri exercises. The gym is super crowded this time of year, so I end up having to adjust to whats open.

Some notes from today
4 sets BW + 45 x 10,8,8,5 I didnt rest to much for that last set, and was doing cable flys between sets

50 lb dumbells standing shoulder press x 20 (I know these are not arms but I threw a few sets in here and there between exercises.)

50 push ups done in 28 sec
**(more like 80-90%ROM did not go all the way up, worried about shoulder impact. I did how ever go all the way down, no bounce. Hands in closer under chest.)

I only had an hour today, It was a throw the headphones in and just try to crank the most out of that 1 hour as i could. lots of super sets. Some times i would do 2-3 sets on an exercise, do another exercise then go back for 2-3 sets more. I also want to add I have an all day pump in my arms that have me feeling pretty good about myself. My arms are way underdeveloped compared to the rest of me (because im always either benching, oly lifting, or squatting...)

Taking my last 8 blue pills tonight. I most likely wont get pics up till the weekend. along with my finial review.
