Any suggestions for appetite suppresant

Does anyone recommend or know of anything prodcuts that helps curb or suppresses appetite? I do not believe in apple cider vinegar as I use to work at a local GNC store years ago. The only thing to ever help curb my appetite was ephedra sadly no longer available. I have so much trouble with appetite. I have trained myself latley to do smaller portions, but I am still having some trouble always feeling the urge to eat.

Try this supplement called Hybrid 7. It's basically this indian herb that has been used to suppress appetite during times of famine for thousands of years. It's worked for me.

milk,whey,walnuts,almonds,oats,blueberries and olive oil..
