Whats "new" in NEW Activate Xtreme?

So I have used Activate Xtreme before, but noticed there is a "new" version. What exactly has changed? For the better or what? Have seen some places have the "new" version about $10 cheaper than the old one so in this case does "new" mean decontented or whats the deal?
