So after a little research I have decided to run a pp/sd bridge.
I run it a couple of years ago and had grea results. This time around i am additional going to use Formastene. I am gonna run like this and just wanted any comments changes that may be beneficial:
I wont list all support supps, but I am awrae of what is required and will be running them all!
Week 1 / 20mg pp
Week 2 - 3 / 30mg pp
Week 4 /30mg pp and 10mg sd
week 5 / 20mg sd + formastene
week 6 / 20mg sd + formastene
week 7 / pct assist + nolva 40mg + formastene
week 8 / pct assist + nolva 30mg + formastene
week 9 / pct assist + nolva 20mg
week 10 / pct assist + nolva 10mg
I know most say bridging isnt a good idea but my personal oppinion from experiance is that the short cycles just are not long enough to get the benefit and keep the gains.
As this is a lean bulk I am using the form late on to help drying things up?
