No offense taken without knowledge of my past issues alot of this will seem to not make much sense.

I'm doing heavy weights low reps low sets I do enough to create growth without over trainning I do walk a fine line though.I took on this log because I was interested in the supplement not to bypass hard work I'm def not some newbie that fell onto this supplement out of dumb luck.
My weight issue has to do with birth being a very very small preemie and a host of other issues I had at that time.I was actually given steroids as a preemie in order to enduce weight just to give you an idea of how bad things were. I won't go into more details(theres a host of info out there on preemies and their issues) but thats just say I'm lucky to be here normal and healthy and that the baby that was next to me wasn't so lucky.

I spoke to my doctor years ago about it and he said I'm always going to be naturally small.I've always been underweight for my age and height, blood work and etc came back that I was in perfect shape. My doctor said I shouldn't worry about weight gain that I was healthy and that others would be happy to havae my health numbers so I shouldn't worry about weight and that there was nothing physical wrong with me that would be cause for any alarm and that I was just naturallly a small guy.



Thats very interesting, that explains your size for sure. I had a friend who was premature too and he was small built. He did pack on some muscle though when he trained and was very good a footie. I suppose to each to there own. I would still say yours is a rare case that you can eat that much and not even put on several pounds of fat! Let alone take steroids and hardly gain at all while eating like that. It's still baffling to me, but that said, I understand little about your personal health issues. One thing I will say, in your profile you have yourself down as a smoker and drinker. I dont know how regular you do these, there is an option for social only drinking, but either will hinder gains, especially smoking. I've known may smokers who hit the gym and make little to no gains for all their hard work. Even people who don't smoke alot struggle to make gains, especially naturally. Ive occasionally smoked on the weekends after drinking(not for years) and hit the gym the the following monday with exhausted muscles and lungs thus having a sh!t work out. They say it can reduce oxegen supply to the muscle for upto 4 days by as much as 33% also it reduces blood flow to the muscles by a simular degree. I may be preaching to the converted, but if you haven't given up smoking yet, do it now!! Oh and if its weed(you don't have to answer lol) then for most people it can lower test levels and have adverse effects on motivation and strength.
 
Haha, my doctor said the same thing when I was about 5 years old. However he decided to do something about it. Yeah I'm still small framed but thanks to that growth hormone I believe it changed the course of my "potential" weight gain now. For one year I was on Protropin I believe? Something like that...anyways dude that's terrible that you eat so much and take roids and still no drastic gains. I'd be upset personally and would want to get to the bottom of it. Something in your body is taking up all your calories, period. There are unexplainable phenomenons when it comes to appearance and strength genetics, but when it comes to putting on weight it's all the same. You gotta bring in more than you are puttin' out.

yea I asked my doctor back then if he would give me anything for it and he said your just naturally small and couldn't see a reason to give me anything to help with weight gain and back then I had no idea of stuff like this or that there were certain doctors out there that would give you stuff to hep put on weight so I didn't push the issue.

I've put on decent weight in the past with just diet and trainning and even better weight gain with certain ph/ds supplements but this one I guess my body just doesn't response to very well.

Is there a reason you don't take Wed. off and move your workouts to thurs and fri? To me that seems like more of a logical plan. instead of a large amount of time off, you spread it out to maximize your recovery time.. I tried to do what you're doing once and when I switched it to Mon,tues & Thurs,Fri my gains were better.

due to work hours,needing to have a few days to get stuff done and things of that nature and to max recovery so the next week I can hit it at 100%.more than anything I use friday to get family stuff and etc done.I've tried the other way and it was affecting workout times,eating and etc I try to keep things in order as much as possible.

wow I need to update my profile I had no idea that was on there.I don't smoke.I do drink once in awhile but nothing excessive.Yea I can pretty much eat whatever and only suffer a medium amount of fat gain if done on a normal basis with no workouts being done.Its always a funny joke kinda topic at work because I'll be at my desk with a stack of food and everyone is like I wish I could eat that and still be skinny.

No maryjane for me I enjoy sex,remembering things and not having the munches and super dead lazy feeling and etc.I don't knock others however if they do use that stuff.

Side Effects: acne has seemed to stop.

Libido: is still pretty normal other than the slight 9 out of 10 drop off I've had no issues

Aggression: things bug me and bug me very quickly.I know this is the boladrol talking so I keep it under wraps but I have had thoughts about wayne bradying a bitch(dave chapelle show reference see link below)

Strength: still going up I would say its at 7.7 out of 10.

Focus:perfect 10 still tuned in and on a roll in this area.

Energy: a solid 8 still a slight jumpy

Swag: is at a 10 feel good feel like I can do anything...within reason

Mood:still feeling great overall while using this I feel in a better mood and am more playful and good hearted

Thoughts:

Still waiting for that "on" feeling but seems I am just not responsing very well to this supplement.blood pressure is nomal though I do feel a slight spike a few mins after taking a dose.I can def say that a good amount of water and blood pressure supplements will need to be used by some in order to combat headaches.joints feel fine.I feel like the muscle I am putting on is keepable and looks pretty good so far.I have put on a little bit of fat but not very much ,gains have been mainly muscle.I want to say this stuff behaves somewhat like trenadrol in terms of body actions at least for me.pretty decent strength gains,lean body mass gain,hard muscles,pretty decent pump and this is only at 4mg I can only dream of what dosing between 10mg and say 30mg would bring.

PA has said that it should convert very well, almost all converting to bolasterone.





It's my understanding that a steroid needs a 3-ketone in order to aromatise, otherwise enolization, a key aspect of aromatization, is impossible.

Exactly, the parent compound isn't going to aromatize, but the end product will, which is why I think people are so concerned. But I've said it before, the dosage is so low that even with a moderate conversion rate to bolasterone, there isn't going to be a huge spike in E2 even if it were aromatized, I think that is why we aren't seeing the effects of it. Now if the dosage were 25-50mg then yes we may start to see it.

FINAL REVIEW!!!!


Weight: Starting weight :126bs---Ending Weight 134lbs

Side Effects: acne was only slightly an issue after a few days and some face cream it was very controllable

Libido: was only slightly affected as there was a slight drop off but nothing serious such as shutdown compared to say superdrol.

Aggression: Had fits of rage at times over normally not as big isssues but chalked this up to the boladrol so this was easy to manage so no roid rage(I hate using that term )

Strength: strength def went up I would say 7 out of 10 in terms of power gain.

Focus:my focus while on this compound was amazing had alot of drive to get stuff done and done right

Energy: after dosing I would feel somewhat jumpy for maybe 5 to 10mins but was back to normal after that.

Swag: swag was at around a 9 while on this stuff.felt fresh and ready to get my ladies man on or being more out going then I would be normally.I def wasn't scared to speak my mind

Mood:to help readers get a good idea of my mood I would liken my good and overall happy feeling while on this compound to say d-bol.

Final Thoughts:

Overall I really enjoyed this supplement never experienced the dirty feeling like with other ph/ds compounds which was nice. I would say to watch you blood pressure while on this and def keep your water intake up and you should be fine.Unless your prone to gyno I don't think it should really be an issue to worry about. As far as dosing I would say those that are very receptive to ph/ds compounds should make very nice gains by using the dosing system of 4mg to 6mg for 4 weeks.

Those looking to really get gains going I would think the dosing would be between 10mg and beyond for 4 weeks but one should be wary of sides,liver and kidney issues. In saying that I mean if something feels wrong and out of the normal ph/ds sides and etc stopping would be a good choice as of the time I am writing this I haven't seen blood work so I wouldn't push it to the brink at all costs just yet till more is known.

To compare this ph/ds to another one I would say its better than superdrol by the score of 6.7 out of 10.I wouldn't say its the best thing ever created ever but its def holds its own and would be very close to superdrol in terms of effectiveness.


Recovery while on this was normal,gains weren't very bulky and were more lean and solid very little fat gain was had.My dosing was 4mg 30 mins before lifting.

USE IT??? SELL IT??? BUY MORE???

I would say buy a few bottles now and save them for a rainy day when your ready to use them.

If your thinking of trying this stuff out I would def say go for it but please do your research and know what your body can handle and can't handle.Don't use this as your first cycle ph/ds build up your cycle experience first.

my back grows pretty easy I could def notice it getting back to what it use to look like and I could also tell it was growing due to my shirts getting tighter and I got a few questions from a few guys at the gym on what I was doing in order to get my back to look like it does so it was def a good feeling.plus I really only been hitting the weights hard for about a month so I'm def happy with the results so far.
