Test Deca cycle advice

Whats up boys,

So i've been screwing around with otc supps for years now with minimal gains, and decided it's time for a real cycle. I wanted to do a low dosage cylce, it being my first one and only weighing 160lbs.
weeks:
1-6: 3/4 cc deca 250/ week
1-6: 1 cc test e 300/week
6-8: 1 cc test e 300/week

on cycle: lots of milk thistle(at least 2 grams/day), saw palmetto, and multivitamins

PCT: weeks 10-16 nolvadex and milk thistle
On hand: arimidex(if needed) nolvadex

---So i have been reading a lot and wondering if I should be taking HCG on cycle as well, or add anything to pct, even though i just had blood work done and my natural testosterone levels are far above average.

Way, way too short of a cycle. As you said, you've been screwing around and that sounds like a lack of dedication somewhere in your diet and training.

No offense to op but I went from 170 to 220 without any ph or aas. Only now that I have hit a plateau that I've tried breaking several times am I trying ph to get to the next level.
I think if you take your diet and training very serious you can make gains without help from aas. Then once you've gained and built a solid base you can throw aas into the mix. You have to realize that steroids don't make you stronger and bigger without hard work and dedication on your part.
 
I'm only 5'8" and I broke 175lbs at 10% bf naturally without even really knowing what I was doing. Sounds like you need to EAT BIG! if you don't have your diet and training dialed in you'll just lose all the aas gains once you come off anyway.

that cycle is too short and you should use HCG too imo. I usually wouldn't say this but instead of that I would actually prefer to see a 1st time user try some epistrong at like 30mg a day for 4 weeks than do something like this.
 
That's not a real cycle. Extend both by 4-6 weeks and it will be. The dosage is ok for a first cycle.
 
I agree, training and diet are very important, I've been a big partier/drinker so its been tough to build muscle, but that is clearly changing on cycle.

That being said, the cycle has already been started, and I could definitely run it longer if it would be worthless otherwise. Any more opinions for on cycle supps and pct???

p.s. I appreciate advice about alternatives/risks but I'm already on cycle just looking for advice, thnx
 
no reason to run milk thistle on cycle. just buy some "cycle support" and take 5 of those a day along with a bunch of omega 3-6-9 and BCAAs and you'll be fine.

definately extend that cycle out to at least 10 weeks and then wait at least 3 weeks from last injection to start PCT. deca takes a long time to clear your system. get some HCG also. its cheap and you will find out that the cycle is easy, PCT is the hard part.

your PCT should be longer than 3 weeks also, I prefer to taper down over 5 weeks at lower dose but everyone is different.
 
Thanks guys, i'll definitely invest in hcg and cycle support, and keep my pct the same unless i have reason to add to it. As for cycle length it seems I should extend it for a few weeks. I appreciate the help
