Just got my Stimulant X samples...

and the label is the exact same as whatever stimulant x is out right now... isnt it supposed to be a new formula?

Regardless I'm about to take it, I'll give a review after my workout
 
Ok so here's how it went down

7:10 took 2 pills

7:45 Start working out

8:15 Finally kicks in, I feel a sense of euphoria and I just want to keep lifting

8:30 Start to feel a little queezy

8:35 crashed! Seriously just wanted to go home but I kept going

8:45 Feel like throwing up


The 10 minutes I felt euphoric/sense of well being were great! But then it just went downhill after that, disappointed overall. The crash I got makes me think that this still has 1,3 dimeth in it, when the only reason I got it was because I was told it didn't.

Wow that is interesting that it effected you that way. I've been on it for two months and didn't experience any of that. The energy lasts roughly around 8 hours, the newest version that has yet to hit the market, is actually even longer lasting and it doesn't have the 1,3. I've been taking it for two weeks and it's awesome, dropped 4lbs. I love 1,3 but it sounds as if it isn't for everyone.
 
I'll personally send you some samples of the new formula when it is in. I am guessing they will send me some in a few weeks max.
 
Suggestion - Kick it back to 1. If needed, take another 6 hours later.

Keep in mind that StimX is NOT a pre-w/o stim. It is a longer-lasting, more of an all-day affair.

Exactly!!

Start with 1 cap, it sounds like you dosed a bit too high too quickly, im around 190lbs and 1 cap works great for me, would never need 2.

As far as dosing it, its going to have a much longer effect like Tim mentioned, however it can be used very well as a pre workout, just expect the energy to continue well after your workout. Which would be a benifit if you workout early, though late night work outs would definitly not work.
 
With any new stimulant, start with 1 capsule, wait about 45 minutes, and decide then if a second is really needed. Your safety is more important than waiting an extra hour to get your "fix".
 
dlucks, just wondering, did you take the StimX on an empty stomach, with food, a shake...? just curious as that would affect the absorption time and how long it takes to "kick in"....

Exactly, on an empty stomach you can expect effects to kick in rather quickly however the overall duration of the effects should be shorter.

With something like a shake, it would be a good inbetween if a meal blunted effects too much but empty stomach was too strong. It would still kick in realetivley fast but not as quick as empty stomach.

With a whole food meal, specifically one containing good amount of fat, the kick in time will be much slower and overall intensity lower however the overall duration of effects should theoretically last longer.
 
I just ordered a bottle of StimX from NP. Will this be the new formula or the old. I loved the old but if the new is better I would really like to try it. Otherwise send me all your old formula!! hahaha

The retailers haven't transitioned over to the new formula yet, so it's more than likely the older version. Old formula usually needs to be liquidated before they switch over to the new one.

Arrggggghh tried to get my free sample but in filling out the billing/ship form it doesn't look like AX ships APO and to use my shipIT forwarding would cost me ~10 bucks. Guess I will wait for it to hit a retailer.

email me - [email protected] - and I'll help. We do ship APO, just the forms don't have that option. AX absolutely adores and respects our servicemen and servicewomen!!!

Aren't the samples we recieved suppose to be the new formula with 1-METIQ? The sample I recieved from AX doesn't list that as a ingredient.

I got the old version as my sample just looked at the ingredients. Stimulant X Propriety Blend 569 mg. Oh well maybe next time.

Got some of your emails. I've sent a few emails out within the company. I'll email you all individually when I get info on what's happening and the appropriate response action to your dilemma.
 
Got to the bottom of this debacle. Communication error between the reps and the warehouse.

The sample packs for the new formula are still being manufactured, so they aren't available yet.

When they become available, I will make sure a thread is started in the Athletic Xtreme forum on AM.

Not a problem. Stimulant X is probably one of my favroite supplemants. I have a bottle of the last formula so I should be OK for awhile.

My understanding is one of the main differences besides adding the 1-METIQ is the removal of the 1,3. Would there be any disadvantages or advantages in getting some 1,3and using it alond side the new StimX?
 
Uh... I don't know! lol You could if you want, but I'd think overstimulation would be an issue. Eventhough I'm definitely in the hardcore range when it comes to stim tolerance, 2 of these does me just peachy. I wouldn't add anything else to it. I've done 1 new and 1 previous StimX one morning last week. It felt... odd. If the difference really came down to 1,3 mixed with 1 MeTIQ, then it's not an experience that I'd want again. Nothing really bad, mind you, but just kinda different....

If that didn't make any sense, it's because my StimX for the day has long since worn off and I should really be in bed by now. Credit for forum diligence??? eh??? No? awwww.... daddy is sad...
