How well does this work before a night out at the bar? I'm a normal dude that loves to lift, but I like to have fun too. Occasionally this involves a lot of beer. Would a cap or two before I head out be beneficial in the reshuttling of all those carbs? I usually only drink beer so it adds up to quite a few carbohydrates.
