I was wondering how N2SLIN would best be incorporated in a UD carb-up. I'm currently using another product but expect my order in today-just in time for the carb orgy. BTW, I will eat 1,250 grams of carbs in about a 30 hour span. Thank you.

I'm sure it will work well but I guess I wasn't clear...How would I take it? One before each meal? One every-other meal? ( I eat approx. every 2 hours) Do I need to take two at a time? I read that the half-life is 6 hours so it seems to me I could go with the everyother meal idea but I'm wanting to make sure. Thanks, again.
 
you can run 3 caps a day for 6 weeks off 1 bottle.

otherwise you can also run 6 a day, say 2 with carb meals split up throughout the day.

i've been dosing 1 cap am with pre workout meal, 1 with meal at 2pm, 1 with meal at 7pm

at 230lb you may be able to take 7 caps a day too. You WILL feel the effects.

with that many carbs over a 30 hr period I would be taking 1 cap 20 min before every meal. It should provide a steady flow to your muscles
 
I think the most efficient dosing of Need2slin is the 3 cap a day dosing. I've went with that and a bottle will last a good 45 days that way too! I generally dose 1 cap preworkout before fasted training, then 1 cap before my first meal (around12pm) and 1 cap before my last meal (around 7 pm). Has worked wonders that way for me
