Alpha one pct

I'm almost done with my cycle of alpha one. For pct I was going to run Cel PCT, NUTREX T-up, and lipo 6 black. Do you guys think this would be good to keep my gains and size? Im open to any advice.

Just a little history, I ran epiotren and a cycle of estane. I did PCT for neither of these and was ok. I kept my size and strength . But I've read that alpha one is no joke, and I want to make sure I keep everything I gain.

Yes a SERM is not necessarily required for this. Why the Lipo 6? You shouldn't worry about burning fat. Forget that for now. Go with Suppress-C by CEL instead of Lipo-6; it burns fat too but you'll certainly keep your gains.

p.s. How was the cycle? Tell me about strength gains, I don't much care about weight.

Cycle has been good. The only bad thing I can say about alpha one is the lethargy. I feel extremely tired ALL the time. I can really tell its having a effect on my body. But as far as the gains. they went from 5 sets of 5 at 255 to 5of 5 at 280(bench). Only about 15 days in so still looking for more.

I was doing the lipo 6 just to lose some of the water. so you thing the T-up and pct would be fine? Just with supress C instead of lipo6 black

Yes that would work well. Suppress-C is very nice product. Don't use Lipo yet though because the goal right now is to keep gains Good luck on the rest of your cycle that's some nice gains. :)

What is the best SERM to get in you guys opinion?

Read this stuff, it'll answer most questions:

I don't have enough posts to LINK so just make sure to put the "ht tp://" infront of the address.

show proof? I've heard quite the opposite in fact, with blood work showing what Alpha One can do.

What for the SERM comment?

Yes, I completely disagree. For myself personally, I have never used a SERM. Granted, I am well versed in ph's and support supplements, but I have never had to use one, and wouldnt use one unless I had to. I think that people get caught up in the blanket approach in always recomending them, and lose sight that SERM's have alot of potential sides of their own.

I think in the overall market of people using ph products, less than 5% total use SERM's. I say this based upon the emails we commonly get, the fact that doctors dont generally prescribe SERM's for these uses, and the fact that research chemical sales are not all that high.

And I think another important point that people miss is the quality of research chemicals and the contamination issues with them. I have never understood that. People question us to death about ph quality even though we had everything tested twice, but people dont even question the quality of research chemicals and then ingest them not knowing if they are what they are supposed to be, and if they are contaminated with other research chems. Example in point - I know someone personally that ordered a bottle of what was supposed to be research chem nolva and from the effect it contained at least some clen.

It is my opinion that if someone wants to use a SERM, they should obtain a prescription for one; that way they know what they are taking. And I'm not saying its bad to keep a SERM on hand in case one is needed, but I hate the blanket approach to where people say they are a 'must' when they arent. If a person feels that they are a must for themselves, then so be it, but I dont think they should say they would be a 'must' for anyone else because the person reading that may not be aware of the possible sides of the SERM itself.

I am not saying SERM's are bad; I am saying I dont trust research chems, and I am saying that alot of people treat and recomend SERM's like they are candy, and they aren't; they are drugs and need to be researched and used with caution.

I'll listen to this guy before anybody any day. Granted if the OP wants to be 100% safe he may go the SERM approach but it is by no means required unless an issue arises.

clomid is the best for jump starting production. Ive dont have proof to post up but if you read up well its better than nolva.

Yes but the only way to get a prescription is if an issue such as gyno arises.

And I quote "less than 5% use SERMS"

I see the quote. I've gotten blood work with and without serms, and my post PCT with serm levels were always recovered better. You are also able to get non research SERMS without a prescription if you know where to look. Obviously I personally wouldn't use a serm for mild compounds, but after my experiences I prefer to use it for the heavier stuff.

I do feel though from my own experiences that quite a few people on these forums overuse the SERMS and dose them out of proportion if they are using them along side an OTC PTC.

Yes I certainly agree and on that note, I would go so far as to say some people lie about using SERMS to simply evade bashing/negging from other users.
