Standing and Seated Calf Raise - 4x10
Front Calf Raise - 3x10
Donkey Calf - 3x10

For some reason ,my ex-wife call me up!!and I did not sleep very well (she knows how to be annoying!!) so that ruin my night,anyway today is my shoulders wokout and is going to be hard ,!!

I have a great sleep last night!! and today was my off day from the gym,but tomorrow will be my chest ,hope to get a good recovery!!!
 
My 3rd night was also deep sleep took 4 caps and I was out on a deep sleep ,real good feeling ,lucky I still 3 more caps left and wiil do my final review tomorrow!!!
