2 weeks ago, I lifted with my coworker.
About 250, 20+% BF, and bum joints.
He was chest pressing 110's for about 20 reps... On a focking medicine ball lol..!!

Just watched the video. My ROM could be a little deeper but I find that when I go to low it taxes my right shoulder. Its amazing what you can pick apart when you record yourself training

Thats insane. I could probably get 15 with the 110s but not on a ****ing ball. I inclined the 110s today also and got a clean slow set of 10

I am so hard on my training partner. I got certified as a personal trainer through Premier which is a packaged offered only by lifestyles fitness here in FL. Its an English program. Anyway I critique him constantly. I dont have mirrors and cant see what I am doing. So I go by how things feel. And those felt a lot deeper than they were ahahahaah.

But looking at the video. I would have been yelling at myself if I could have been the one spotting me.
 
Bro considering they were 120s you did a good job. Yah there is always room for improvement but thats what it takes to be the best..Keep striving to be better and better..SJ

Here is a question. Anyone ever take d-aspartic acid while on test? Would it help keep your boys from shutting down?
 
I think that compound is two new and there is not enough info yet. I would stick with HcGenerate cause you know it works. But on the other hand, you can always be a scapegoat and give it a shot. That's what I normally do..I have some TCF-1 laying around..SJ

I am taking real hCG twice a week to keep what little natty test I have going.

I hate that the other board is down. I spend A LOT of time over there now that I found that site.

I will be doing the same thing. I am going to be switching over as well. I have left over unmixed hCG so I really only have money to lose if it doesnt work out. ANd lets face it we have all spent money on stupid **** before I figure if nothing else this is an investment lol.

Still no N2BM forums this morning. Damn, need to update my log. LOL. I had to reregister here for some reason? WTF?! Oh, well I'm here. So...about that nothing.
 
I was going to wait and post this on my blog but I am so excited I cant wait.

So if you saw the log yesterday before the site went down. I told everyone I gained after my cheat meal. I am up to 235.6 I didnt check my body fat yesterday but the day before it was 19.3. I checked my weight this morning and body fat I am still 235.6 but my body fat is now 18.9 I AM IN THE 18s NOW! SO ****ING HAPPY!!!!! Need2slin is the ****!!!!!!!!!

Need2slin does it again!!!!!!! I live for these kinds of stories. I go on each day working as hard as i do for this right here.

Every once in a wile some jerk with a agenda may come along and damper my day. Every blue moon some one tries to tell me he does not think well of a product I sell or something about my company.. Why just today I was reading a email from some one and it was of course not the best lol..

I question if everything I am doing is perfect. I question everything I do, every product I back and sell. I question my self daily and take long hard looks at every part of my self almost daily. It is the post like this one, the people like you that keep me going and let me know I am making the difference I want to make in other peoples lives.

You and other people like you. The results you are getting and the results that others have gotten. This is what matters to me.

You know there is so many damn fringing studies out there. So many darn fringing peaces of literature about everything. Countless Write ups, Articles,studies, and forms of information to draw from. I am in no way saying we should not use them because of course we should. However it is this. This kind of post right here right now that makes the difference for me.

From the day I started out on my path in this industry I have always the results and feed back of the people first in my mind. This my friends is where the rubber meets the rode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have come across many people who have thrown this clam or even a study or two in hopes to refute a product i sell. I am 100% positive I will se many more too and the more the word spreads about the products i sell the more I will come under fire from other places lol..

The day I stop hearing these kinds of stories from the users of my products. The day I can no longer afford to stand behind my 100% money back policy because of to many refunds. That my friends is the day I might just stop ignoring the others who try so hard to stop the good word spreading about the products I sell.

There is some pretty smart people out there in the world. I know a thing or two about this and that however right now there could be a guy who just spent the last 3 months studying a subject and writing a article just to throw at me lol.. Trust me it happens all the time. Maybe it may end up being one of the best written peaces of literature ever. It may even seem locked up tighter then a drum too. $hit given the enough time and just a few peaces of something to work off of. A great writer could have you thinking testosterone suspension is a worthless compound that offers no benefits at all. We have all seen this many times lol..

So when these times come ( and I know they may). It is the word of my friends, family,peers, customers. It is the stories of there results. The before and afters, the well written reviews, the on the ground rubber meeting the rode results. It is this that is above reproach. Because if something works for you no one can prove to you that it don't.

If you have seen the results with your own eyes, felt the results in your own experience. No one can take that away from you. When you watch a friend transform, when you hear the words of a very trusted friend and he has experienced something for him self and shares that experience with you. Will you doubt your friend who has always been there for you. Will you doubt your brother or your sister when they tell you there first had experience. Or even better still will you doubt what you have seen happen to them with your very one eyes because of some well written Article?

No you wont, and nether would I nor will I. This is why I have grounded my self in the forums. In the trenches with the people!!!!! Side by side with my friends,family,team, fellow Athletes and gym loving bro's. Right here reading this kind of post by people who have used my products is where My &ss belongs.

NTBM has some real innovated products. We have some pretty smart guys on our team. However the one thing I feel is most important off all, above everything else. Is that I am here day in and day out with the people who matter most. I pray to god I never lose site of this. I strive and I work my self beyond whats normal to insure I am here in touch with all the people who matter.

The sales reports, the add campaigns, The mass mailers, the hyped up Articles, the over heads, the profit margins, the super sales, the net and the gross. Spinning around and around who knows where the Puck it lands some times. All of this can be fun, and can be informative as well as make or brake some one I guess. Still the most fun, most rewarding and IMO most beneficial to everyone I love and care about. Is for me to never ever stop being there for people. Right there for people. I pm away for anyone and everyone. To be out on the forums listening to the ones who matter most.

Holy crap shoot this is getting way longer then I had intended. I always ramble on like this when I have not slept though. My mind just wonders and I let it take me where it wants to go lol..

Some of you may know and many of you may not. Helping others and having a positive impact on some one else life brings be a greater joy that few people can comprehend. People who have been in my life a very long time and have been on the receiving end of this still say "wow" as often as the day they first met me. I hope that never ends.

To anyone who made it this far,Thanks for reading this run on of a ramble :stooges: maybe you might have just gotten to know me a little better. I hope i am given the chance to know you better.

Without getting into a long drawn out thing. I would like to say sometimes products just dont work for certain people. Like for me I have NEVER had a N.O. product do a damn thing for me. Does that mean that the products are junk ABSOLUTELY NOT. It also doesnt mean that I am going to bash people over it.

Basically what I am saying is people are morons. They think one size fits all and that there is a magic fix. Those people complaining are the ones who dont want to put in the work. They expect everything handed to them while they sit their lazy @$$es on the couch with a remote in one hand and a corn dog in the other.

I am not that guy. My diet is on point. My training very rarely has a work out suffered or been half @$$ed. I go balls out when I train. So with that said when new products come out and you need a tester you know it wont go to waste hint hint. lol

I cant get on needtobuildmuscle site from my laptop. I tried all 3 browsers. Deleted all the history in my browsers, everything and still says I am suspended :(..
