hey nutra, love your prices and I know u guys been busy, but I ordered mass fx, erase, glycobol on 9/02/10 with express delivery, but still haven't ordered. Igot the order id if you would please take a look. I left a message through the phone and still haven't got a call back. thanks
 
Nutraplanet has been closed Sat, Sun and Mon. Depending on when you ordered Thursday, it's possible they've only had 1 business day to deal with you order. Assuming all your items were in stock, it should ship out either tomorrow or the day after. If this isn't the case, please feel free to PM me and I can look into it further.
 
they had a holiday sale, I suspect they're processing lots of orders... I would be more patient since there could be lots of ppl in front of you... but you cant beat NP prices ;)

No worries guys. Basically, PES is not shipping the product out to stores. We had them directly shipped from the manufacturer. We asked for it to be shipped express to stores, but low and behold, that request was not fulfilled so it was shipped ground. Our manufacturer is in California, and Nutraplanet is in Georgia. That is why there has been a delay, along with the Holiday on Monday. All will be well!

Looks like Erase will arrive tomorrow (Tuesday)... I still think your order will be queued behind others due to the high order volume from this weekend sale so I would not sweat.
 
Relax guys, they just had a sale.. I ordered a bunch of stuff but wouldnt expect it to ship for a min of a week after I ordered.
