ha you caught that? It was taken from a study where peak power output reached a 40% increase in a group supplementing with BA and CM. I dont make this stuff up. Are you going to take a scoop of each and go to the gym and go from benching 200 to benching 280? Probably not, but your PEAK power output after saturating with BA and CM will be significantly increased!

good question. I always reccommend it taken:

3g pre and post workout on training days

3g in the morning and afternoon on off days

i like this, but i also like to work my way up to 12 grams a day, and take 2 extra 3g doses.

I never felt the need to go that high... especially since all of the research done shows really high saturation with the normal dosing... but then again I havent seen studies done on megadosing so it could have some merit

just to add.....i taper up slowly over the weeks. ill start 3 and 3 for the first 2 weeks and then add an extra dosing a week later.....etc...

seems to help when beta alanine loses its effectiveness down the road, if thats true of course.
 
sweet i love micronized.....wheres the country of origin for the creatine is it china or germany
