Looking for some input on what to do now that I finished my first supplement other than protein or a preworkout. Prime worked well for me, definitely saw some good strength gains without adding any body fat. I'm going back to school soon and I'm planning on going for a lean bulk. I plan on starting creatine for the first time ever to help my put some more size on, but tryin to keep the definition that I have gained this summer. Right now I weigh about 200 (give or take a few from morning to night) and at the end of my last bulk about 220, but my strength is comparable after working my ass off all summer with two bottles of Prime, some white flood, and a few tubs of protein. How should I plan on dosing creatine to not get too bloated and lose definition? Also, would anyone recommend any other good products for a lean bulk? Thanks in advance.
