Thx bigman. You still doin your show this year>? I know its been a long year for ya.

If I can get my skin to elastize quick enough, I think I'm gonna hit it. If not, wait till a spring show next year.

Started my 1st Kleen Warrior Workout. Hot damn I almost fainted...Thank God today is only cardio. Not sure I could whip out 2 of those workouts in a row.

What are the details of this workout? Has Kleen posted it anywhere? I'm very interested in it.
 
Really not sure flex! We'll see how her specialist appointments go at the end of the month and then i'll go from there. If i'm going to do this, i want to be able to give 100% to it and i can't do that with her health still up in the air. So, I have my fingers crossed!!!

Flex had some fun with that workout eh. Man you are going to cut up. Don't worry about the skin bro, I can't tell ou how many guys have some loose skin after cutting. They still compete. Mine was lose and I did very well. Just learning how to pose in certain ways hides all of it. When you get low in bf you will be surprised how paper thing those tiny folds get. Look at these two vids, in the lifting one you will see my skin fold down over my shorts. In the checking out my abs one you will see at about 1:28 seconds where it folds down as I am flexing. It bothered me but wasn't a problem by show time just stood tall and kept it all tight. It is all in your posing.

You betcha man. I was drippin where I was standin, gulping water and it spilling, couldnt keep my arm up steadily it hurt so bad...
