So after the track season is over I will be doing a shieko routine. So far I am debating between 37 and 29, but I believe I will do 37 first do a 2 week deload and then hit up 29 or Shieko's bench press (all this depending on results).
For supps I would get a heavy duty multi vitamin, fish oil as always, pre workout, some extenze, and the usual protein shake. But I'm in school for quite some time with some tough classes how hard is it to get work done after one of these excercises :yawn: .... and any tips on how to do this would be great I will be logging whenever I start it and pretty excited
