Question about GH and GHRP-6

Hi guys, I'm interested in running some GH or GHRP-6, and was wondering if one is better than the other? I was thinking maybe 2IU GH in the monring 5 on 2 off, or 100mcg of GHRP-6 before bed. Maybe I should run both? Is this too much? I dont want the sides like water retention or bone growth like bigger jaw, head,ect, as I dont want to mess with my facial features. I'm 26 years old and I do a lot of physical work for my job long hours, and I want to recover faster, plus get the anti-aging benefits of the GH for looking younger, energy, mood,ect. I just want to experiment with this.



What do you guys think? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'd go GH over GHRP-6 mate;)

I'd also run GH ED of the week for as long as you can afford it.

You can use the GHRP-6 after the GH to bring back your Natural GH Production if it gets effected at all by the GH.
 
at 2iu's of gh/day you won't have any negative sides of bone growth, cromagnum forehead etc. those sides are seen with much higher dosages...

Would it make a difference if I used it in the morning on an empty stomach, or at night before bed? Would either give me the same results? I would love to get an awesome nights sleep, but I also want to feel the effects of the GH during the day aswell if it helps with energy, mood, ect.

Some people will have different opinons here, but I think it is best to take GH before working out.
 
Thanks bro, but I dont workout everyday, sometimes not at all because I do a lot of physical work for like 12 hours per day. One day of my work is like 2 weeks in the gym no joke, but I dont work every day. But I want to take GH for the anti-aging, well being, recoup, sleep benefits, not really building too much mass at all. I'm thinking before bed would be best for a really good sleep. I guess I'll experiemnt for myself.

I'd run GHRP-6 over GH but thats just me. For the price and relative change of GH levels, the GHRP-6 works nicer.

Really, so GHRP will increase IGF-1 and aid in anti-aging more than HGH? I only want to pin once per day, and I've read that you can only use 100mcg of GHRP-6 at once and more will be wasted or increase prolactin and Cotisol too much.

$ per $ it increases it more. if you are as concerned with the prolactin/cortisol, then GHRP2 might be better than ghrp6. With once a day dosing, you'll see about equivalent of 2ius gh, but at a much lower price / day

Wow, if thats true, than thats pretty awesome. So how much would I take before bed to to equal 2IU of HGH?



I wouldnt really mind the increase in Cortisol as I've had low levels in the monring and at night when I had adrenal fatigue, so I'm pretty sure I dont have to worry about cortisol ever really getting too high for long periods of time as I still dont think my adrenals are 100%. I was on Cortef for almost 2 years and weaned myself off. As long as the GHRP-6 doesnt deplete my Cortisol by stimulating it too much. Prolactin can be lowered with B6 right? I would prefer though if these hormones weren't really increased though.
 
my estimate as single dose is around 250-300mcg hits as much or more than of a GH boost than a 2iu dose, and without suppression of later pulses.

Awesome bro, I really appreciate that advice. I'll try 200-250mcg before bed for a bit, then when funds are better try the HGH and compare. From my reading some people seem to do better on HGH and some GHRP-6. Thanks, your help is really appreciated!
