Glycobol and low carb diet?

hello,been thinking about what the swole stack,but if im cutting my last carb meal is my lunch/PWO meal 12-3,so how would i take the PM Glycobol?thanks
 
thanks for being honest,right now im in to 6 pack mode,lol.so depending when i get there i might be looking to increase my cals and carbs alittle to pack on mass.
 
Before answering, I would like to know how many carbs your carb containing meals will consist of?

Will you be doing any sort of refeeds?

If you're taking in about 40g - 100g of carbohydrates in any of your meals, you will in fact be able to utilize Glycobol. If not, then it's not time for Glycobol yet :D
 
ill tell you right now. you want to IGNITE fat burning?

take it on low carb diets. increase in sweating, decrease in adipose tissue size.. decrease in cortisol.

trust me.

i dont know how all these people go hypo from a supplement i have maybe 1 or 2 times TOPS and not even sure if you can call it that.

it will only help to try it.
 
thanks,by time i take this if i do would be in like sept-oct,i should be lean bulking by then so i should get enough carbs.im a small guy (5'3 right now 128 should get a little lighter too)thou so my meals arent that big

You might want to consider starting off only using one Glycobol capsule at a time and then increase the number of doses or capsules per dose after three or four days. This will just be to assess your tolerance for the berberine. I've used Glycobol while in a restricted diet at 1/1/1/1 and 1/1/2 with great results. I was supplementing with BCAAs too. I leaned out very nicely during that time (early last summer).
