Look for the one with a purple ring on it. I heard that's a great one. :) It is usually farmed in cow pastures.
 
just in case people don't get primal's joke do not eat the mushrooms with a purple or blue ring unless you purposely want to hallucinate.

I usually get the Shiitake mushrooms and add them to my salads. Least I think those are the ones get. I know they are really good for you, but I don't go crazy with them and eat them everyday.
