when i first started i run TCF-1 alone side it.i hit a wieght wall,stuck on 142 for like 3 weeks.3rd or 4th day i noticed some chest harden as i was randomly touching my chest at work one day,lol.was bulking the first 2 weeks,went up in bench a good amount and other lifts as well.gained 2 pounds in that time.i had a belly so decieded to cut,added alpha 2 and OEP,lost 15 pounds since then but still look big,lost alot of my belly fat.broke my chest and back out ance wise.but pretty good for my first hormonal product.if thats the case with MMv3 i might just try the trifecta since i might try a mini slow bulk,but i gotta see where im at.how did trifecta work for you?
