Training -
It has been about a week since I updated, but I will post what I can.
Last week -
ME lower, Worked up to 315+Choked Strong bands x2, 16in box. This is the first time using choked strong bands, and I must say, it is very intense.

ME Upper, Worked up to 415+NON choked Avg. bands x2, complete deload at top. This is a 40lb increase over last week. I will keep this for one more week, and see if I can increase that. I was very happy about that one. Also, Supersetted 4x10 135# DB shrugs w 65#+Fat Grip One Arm DB press. Very challenging!

Today -
DE Upper
Dynamic Bench - 155x3x5, no bands. 135+Mini's x3x5
Floor Press - Close Grip + Fat Gripz, 135x12, 135x25, 185x15, 185x15
Standing Shoulder Press - 85x10x3, 105x7x2
DB Lateral raises - 25x10x3
Pulldowns to forehead - 95x20x3
GHR Abs - 3x10

A new kid joined us tonight and he did great. He hit a 2 board press PR which is always great to see! Hopefully I can stick with the log!

One arm Row Machine - 1 plate x10, 1.5 plates x10, 2 plates x8

Dynamic Effort Lower Body
Parallel Box Squats - Jesup Bar, Choked Avg. Bands, Inzer Power Pants, Belt. 185x2x2, 205x2x2, 225x2x6.
Felt CRAZY fast here... Weights were jumping at the top of each rep. Great sound!
Band Resisted Rack Pulls - 4th Pin from bottom, Doubled Minis around Base. Bar x3x3, 135x3x3, 225x1x3
GHR - x12, x8, x8
Kneeling WOD - x10, x8, x8
Bicep Blast - Standing BB Curls/DB Pinwheel Curls

Day 3 of Pink Magic + TNA + PRIME + Recreate and I am honestly at a loss of words at how I felt today. Animalistic rage toward the weight.

I cannot wait for next week...
 
I would also like to mention how little I have eaten today... And still felt that good...

Homemade Prowler - 6 trips, count to 10 each sprint, spin and sprint back. On grass. Only trip #3 had weight, and I almost didn't make it back. I feel like a train hit me... No joke.

I hear the prowler is really intense from all the efs dudes. I havent tried one yet myself but if YOU struggled...im sure it's tough.

Felt very strong tonight. Set up with a new bench set-up tonight and I felt very tight and responsive. I need some snap of the bottom and I will see some true gains. Happy overall.

Wow, I must admit I am not a regular follower of this log however that last bench press video was quite impressive. Especially lifting without a spotter. Seeing the banded lockouts at the end reminded me how much improvement I need in that area.

Dynamic Lower
Low Box Squats - 3 inches lower than my max effort day. 6-7 sets, x 2. w/ Inzer Power Pants. I was very happy with my speed, control and form.
Curl Blitz - too much, too pumped.
Prowler - 3 sets on concrete, 5 sets on grass.

Heading home to PA for the weekend, I wish all a happy 4th! Enjoy it!

haha I am running a Pink + Prime + TNA stack...

What dosing are you running for them? I missed out on the TNA deal. Would have liked to have tried it.:grumpy:
