i got a jar of ASGT, Phospagen and RagNaRok in transit as i type which should be arriving on Wednsday, loves me some Ragnarok though(that's my sh!t), but couldn't pass on the $19.95 for a jar of ASGT(hope lg doesn't let me down as it did with that natadrol), but will definitely post my experience with the ASGT:bigok:
 
I think everyone responds well to ASGT.. Put the ragnarok away for a month and just run ASGT, you'll see what the hype is about..

i shoulda known you'd start a thread like this g8. i had my first scoop today and DAYMMMM it tasted interesting to say the least. had a great chest workout to boot.
 
I want to know how much caffeine is in there. I hate too much caffeine.

agree with gamer. i've taken straight caffeine pills before working out and this doesn't give me the caffeine high like you'd get from a supp whose main ingredient is caffeine.

as far as my PR's go.....

205x3 on flat bench
45x10 weighted dips
155X6 close grip bench (after my whole workout)

chest is one of my weaker days right now :(

looking forward to legs tomorrow tho. last week i got 275x2. aiming to get 285/290 tomorrow.
 
I hit 260 x 6 on seated press. That was nice. I smashed the tendon of my right elbow at work the next week and got golfers elbow in a bad way and am still rehabbing it now lol...pretty gay..

it kina sucks tho. my arms are bigger than some guys and they lift more than me. my legs are smaller than most guys yet i squat more than them.

Ya, my body is freakish, not gonna lie.. Im losing some fat on a dirty bulk with 0 cardio.. It is whatever lol..

just a lil bump for my new PR's in the gym this past week

Bench: 215x1
Deadlift: 315x1 (just started deads two weeks ago)
Squat: 295x1 (leg day tomorrow so imma shoot for 305!!!
 
I just got myself a jar of ASGT, personally, don't enjoy the taste...:S.

my PR's arent as close to any of yours, but I've only been working out for 2 months, and to be honest, my progress is quite impressive.

2 months ago:
Flat bench, 95lbs
DB curl, 20lbs
Tri extension(1 pully) 60lbs
Squat 110lbs
Flat Flies 15lbs.

Now:
Flat bench, 165lbs
DB curl, 45lbs
Tri extension(1 pully) 130lbs(Can't go any higher otherwise it pulls me up...im 2 light :S)
Squat 170lbs
Flat Flies 45lbs.

All weights are for sets of 8.

2 Months ago I weighed in at 145lbs, I now weigh 175...for those 2 months I would just eat and take Muscle Juice, 1300calories per shake...and no I didn't take them every day, only on workout days (after my w/o).

My goal is 200 by next spring...
 
don't worry about numbers man. everyone is different, if you read through the beginning of the post, my numbers sucked (according to me) but i just kept at it and they went up to where they are now.
 
I'm still glad with my progress...but, obviously it will not continue to go up like it has been for the past 2 months, otherwise, that would just be INSANE!!! and to be honest, I've barely gained fat, did tests and I went from 11 to 12.5%.
 
I really like the taste of this stuff. It's no pineapple juice but for what it is it's very drinkable IMO.
 
I personally don't enjoy the taste of it...let's just say I'm not gonna say, "Can't wait to take some more!!!"...
 
Forget buying supplements, buy food :)

Trust me, I do buy food, if I've gained roughly 25lbs in 2 months....I think I eat plenty...no? :P

My friends and co-workers can't even believe how much I eat...and when I tell them I'm still hungry, they are like, are you kidding me!!!
 
And no I do not eat junk food...well I permit myself to 1 bag of chips every 1-2 weeks...which is a huge change for me, used to be 1 per day...:S
