If you take the Arginocarn I would take 3 caps 1 hour after waking and 3 caps 2 hours pre workout. If it is straight ALCAR then 2g at both those times. Piracetam should be fine on cycle too. Not sure on that dosing though.
 
Sorry for the sporadic updates. Well, I'll start with some of the changes to my diet and the effects that caused. On Saturday I decided to go a lower carb and lower fat route for Sat/sun/mon/tues. Well the feeling wasn't so wonderful. I have leaned out through my midsection quite well, but my endurance and strength felt lower yesterday and today. My numbers on lifts last night weren't so good. Plus while I was in rehearsal I was getting a stitch in my side when i was jumping consecutively for long period of time(a minute or so). I also took some piracetam/choline citrate on Monday morning, but I didn't like the effects with the aggression from the Androhard.

Tues workout: back/bi's

Wide grip pullups- SS 1x12
Wide grip lat pulldowns- RP 10x3x2=15
Close grip pullups- SS 1x7
Single arm DB rows- RP 70lbs @ 8x4x2=14
DB Hammer curls-RP 35lbs @ 7x3x1=11
Machine curls- Drop set to faliure

As you can see the numbers are way down, especially in the pullups. My back just felt dead. I don't know if it was from the lower carbs or from the amount of jumps/dancing I'm doing through the day. But, it probly is the combo of the 2. I have ordered some Taurine/leucine/BCAA blend from Trueprotein and am looking forward to substituting that for my after rehearsal shake that usually consists of WMS and BCAA's. I haven't been using that lately because of the drop in carbs. I have decided to go with geranium and drink more coffee when i need a kick. As I already have these in my cabinet. Sorry to dissapoint about supplementing with ALCAR if ppl were interested in that. It is in my WMS blend but not a large amount.

Tomorrow is Chest/shoulders/tri's. I hope my strength comes back to me, tonight was cheat meal night. And I'd like to know why I'm getting the stitch in my side, last week i was doing almost as much activity and not having this problem....

Oh, and I have upped my dose of 1-T and Androhard to the recommended dosing of 5ml a.m. 5ml p.m. Not much of a change, but I thought it was worth noting.
 
So I upped the cals and the carbs yesterday and today and I feel much better. But that said, I had a very physically hard day at work before I went to lift tonight.

It was weird tonight at my gym. When I arrived, all the smith machines were being used but the flat benches were completely empty. So I just did flat bench instead of waiting for a smith.

Workout:

Flat BB bench-RP 185lb 10x4x2=16
DB shoulder press-RP 55lb 8x3x2=13
Close grip bench-RP 150lb 7x3x2=12
Cable flys SS to failure
Cable tri pushdown drop set to failure

Felt strong for being so run down from work today. But none of the lifts were a large improvement.

I took some geranium before work today and I felt wonderful, but we'll see if I keep feeling the need to do that.

That's all folks. Not much else to update on. Libido is normal, lethargy is staying the same.
 
Quick question/update. Since my endurance isn't improving as fast as i would like, will supplementing beta alanine 4-6g a day help at all? or is that a waste of beta alanine? Strength is up, vertical is UP, muscle density is up, but endurance is barely up.

Also, libido is coming back a little more the last 2 days. :D

This is pretty good log, just popped in to check it out. I see Arginocarn mentioned, this is good. Im a carnitine fanatic and everyone running a cycle should be using it imo. Arginocarn is currently the best form out right now btw, with GPLC right up there with it.

GPLC is a great pre-workout carnitine. Good focus, overall energy, and pumps. Arginocarn can be taken anytime, be carefull with nighttime doses it might keep you up. Your androgen receptor sites get really primed up using carnitine, add an anabolic compound or two and you have a nice synergistic combo.

Knowing this now, I will use aginocarn with all of my future cycles. Btw, is it recommended to supplement with NAC between cycles?
 
Sorry for the slow updates, Been a busy weekend. Happy 4th to all!

I worked Back/bi's on Friday night instead of Saturday this week because an extra rehearsal was called for Saturday morning. I really disliked that, but whatever.

Workout- Back/bi's

Wide grip pullups- 1x14

Lethargy is same, and libido is normal. Only have a few days left, I will keep updating periodically through PCT.

I hear that is good for cleaning the liver so I would take it too. Liver Juice is milk thistle in liquid form and this too is supposed to be really good for you. It cleans out the bile salts in the liver and that should (maybe) make your liver function better.

I was just thumbing through a december or january 2009 issue of flex magazine and found a L carnitine article. Good info condensed right there. I here alpha lipoic acid or cinnulin is good to take carnitine with if your taking it on an empty stomach.

Pleased?? depends on what aspect of the cycle we are talking about. Somethings are wonderful about it, but others are unappealing about it. I will probably never run 1-T ever again, but am enjoying the Androhard. But, I will leave the explanation for this and all my preferences for the final review. ;)

Thank you for the feedback. I know of the positive effects of Milk Thistle, and I believe that NAC doesn't have the same effect. I am under the impression that NAC is used to clean your androgen receptors. Which is very beneficial between cycles. Maybe someone else can chime in and shed more light on the subject. It'd be nice to hear some experiences from NAC that ppl have had.
 
So, I worked out later than usual last night. But, this time I dosed the Androhard pre-workout and the 1-T Post-workout. I really prefer this as the lethargy isn't as noticeable, plus it makes it easier to go to sleep at night.

Workout: chest/shoulders/tri's

Smith incline bench- 185lb RP 11x3x2=16 PR
Arnold presses- 55lb RP 9x4x2=15 PR
Close grip bench- 150 RP 10x4x2=16 PR
Drop set of cable tri pushdowns to failure

Strength felt good last night and I'm happy about the PR's but I'm ready for the lethargy to be over. Btw, I've just noticed that there is a little more left in the AndroHard bottle than the 1-T. At least one more serving, maybe two. I had a few messy encounters when I first started this cycle so I'm sure I lost a serving due to that. So, I may up the dose of androhard so that I finish both bottles at the same time. :)

If my last dose is in the morning then do I start my TRS that evening or do I wait until the next morning??

I was planning on NOT using it, because the compounds did not produce a profound effect on me. But, I am open to suggestions. I am sure that I am somewhat shutdown and would like to recover as fast as possible. Will a LOW dose of toremifene speed that recovery? Would it be worthwhile to use it? Or would it not make much of a difference? 40mg/day is a low dose correct?

I would appreciate all opinions on this.

Biceps felt strong, lats felt weak.

I am pretty sure that tomorrow mornings dose of 1-T will be the last, and I may up my last dose of Androhard to finish them at the same time. Just depends how much is left, if it's a whole serving then I'll just take it tomorrow evening. Tomorrow is day 27, one short of 4 weeks.

hey man - just got back from the holiday weekend and checking in on my subbed threads. Got a bunch of PMs to answer as well so I'm kind of slacking on reading thru all the stuff i missed. Let me know whats up and how ur doing.
 
Somehow I ended up with an entire 2 more servings of Androhard than I did with the 1-T. So tomorrow morning will be my last serving of Androhard, but the 1-T was empty after this morning's dose. Just a quick update, but still would like to hear from a PP rep on their suggestions about the Torem.

I've used torem many times, only after long aas cycles though, always used it in conjunction with the trs. Torem works fast, I did 120mg/80mg/60mg/40mg. That was after 16 weeks test p and eq. After your cycle I would say 60mg/40mg/20mg would probably work with the trs. You don't want to eradicate estrogen completely and torem is strong stuff. Most likely 40mg daily would do, but I like to be on the safe side. Dose trs as recommended and torem 60/40/40/20 would be my pct if I were you. But like anything go by feel, if you notice you are getting high estrogen side effects, bump up the torem, but if you feel like its working, stick to it. Hope this helps.
 
If your cycle was only six weeks then the TRS will be all you need, Torem isn't necessary. You start the TRS the day after your last dose of AH.

Agreed, was your original question do you need to get torem or you have it and want to use it, wouldn't hurt if you already have it but if you can save it for another cycle later down the road for aas, if you so choose that route, then save it.

My cycle was exactly 4 weeks, last dose was this morning. I have gotten lots of feedback on this question, thank you everyone. I have the Torem and would lime to save as much as possible, but I also would like to recover as fast as possible. So, I am running with the suggestion of 40/30/20/20 with the first 2 days at 60 to jump start an then start the TRS on Monday and run them together. Does this sound like a good idea? Will this be a productive route?
 
This will take care of things and then some....
 
Sounds solid, I would say that after two weeks of torem you will no longer require it, job will be done and save the rest, just my thoughts. Don't reveal the source but is it a 60ml or 30ml bottle?

Yes, that will bring you back faster. I might have missed it, but what were your total end results? bf% change? weight? strength?

Thank you for all the info, much appreciated. Using for 2 weeks sounds good, 40/20? or 3 weeks 40/30/20? either way I am starting with 60mg tomorrow and sunday.

You didn't miss it, I haven't given my final results yet. My last dose of AH was this morning. Strength increases were quite good(Shoulders, tri's, and DB rows went up quite a lot), Weight is up 2lbs, but I don't have a caliper so bf% will be based on look from my final pictures that I will take tomorrow afternoon. Gf is at work and I don't have a full length mirror to take them tonight.

Some of the pics aren't the same poses but I felt like some of my body parts improved more than others and wanted to show them. I'm dissapointed in my abs, but I didn't work them as much as i should have. I will up their amount of work during PCT.

Final weight: 164.5 (+2lbs) Not much weight gain, but I did get stronger and I don't think I look like I gained fat so I'm pretty sure that weight is LBM.

Now for the Product reviews...

1-T LV: I feel that my gains in LBM should be attributed to this compound, but the lethargy really hit me hard around the start of week 2. I thought the Androhard would kind of counter/mitigate this effect from the 1-T, but even if it did the countering wasn't enough to keep the lethargy away. I wasn't too fond of this. I will probably not run this compound again or any 1-andro product for that manner. Not enough gains(which I knew not to expect much), high in price, and bad lethargy. But, this was my first cycle and wanted it to be safe, and that it was.

Androhard: I love the aggression I got for about 2-3 hours after dosing this compound, and when I started dosing the AH preWO and the 1-T postWO I liked it even better. The aggression was even more apparent when I dosed in this manner. Vascularity is way up since the start of the cycle. Just had a raw desire to use my muscles. I really enjoyed this. But, for me the one drawback to Androhard is that my leg muscles got harder to keep flexible and stretch them. Which most ppl on this board aren't concerned with, but in my profession it matters a lot. But that won't keep me from this compound, if I want to run it again then I will do so in my off-season. Solid product IMO. Enjoyable and definite results. Nice job PP.

I will keep updating in this thread through PCT so that this hopefully becomes a useful and thorough thread. I plan on using more PP products in the near future, Turinabol with dermacrine or androhard either in November or January. Not sure on the timeline yet, but I may log it. As the logging keeps me in line and organizes my thoughts on the experience. I want to see bigger gains the next time around.

And just as a reminder, I've decided on Torem at 40/30/20 and the TRS starting Monday. Yesterday and today are only Torem at 60mg, the first dose last night didn't taste as back as some were suggesting. Yellow Gold is still the worst tasting supplement that I have ever tasted. Thank you all for following. It has meant a lot to me.:wavey:

yah the andro hard and 1-T these 2 compounds are GREAT stackers, only been hearing good sofar with peeps that have stacked it, I havent used it myself just yet thow
 
So, yeah I take back what I said about the taste of Torem. I let it sit in my mouth too long before washing it down with grape juice. It almost felt like it was burning the backside of my nostrils. Is this normal??

Thanks bro. I really don't see much of a difference, but I feel much stronger and that was my main goal. So I'm not too disappointed from this cycle, just wanted a good learning experience and I def got that. Can't wait to run something stronger.
 
I guess it all depends on your gut feeling, nothing is wrong by any means, I personally would stack the androhard with it, and save the dermacrine for later use, even solo. I love dermcrine solo, it works fast and has relatively low sides and easy recovery for pct, good luck either way.
