When there's something I hate, it's timewasting multitaskers at the gym.
Yesterday was such a day, when it's packed of that kind of dudes that try do a "last minute workout", before summer hits the coast.
I wasted way more time at the gym than I wanted to, waiting for the summer crowd to finish their 30-40 rep low weight set.
Apart from that I tried to go heavy.

The night from yesterday to today, I had a bad cramp in my left calf. I woke up with my calf cramping up in the middle of the night, not a great feeling...
So this morning, when I first got out of bed I couldn't belive how much my left calf was hurting. Though, thanks to some massaging and light streching the pain is almost gone and I should be ok the do some cardio today. Unfortunately, I don't think I can hit the threadmill. So it'll be a boring all eliptical workout.
