20 yrs old 6'1 194lbs
I'm gonna start a H-Drol cycle.
On
H-Drol (50mg/day)
Cycle Assist
Whey Protein
Do I need omega3 & joint support?
I'm a beginner, but should I bump to 75mg/day weeks 2-6?
Off
Nolva (20/mg/day 4 weeks?)

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED FOR A SOLID PCT??
Looking for info on week by week for each
Suggested Calorie diet?
Am I good to run one full cycle just to try it out and then stop after?
After one full cycle can I repeat the cycle?
Suggestions?
